Bombs Away
Surprising, could that mean as previously mentioned that Bennett and O.Smith were just keeping it warm for Mewalde? I just picked him up as a possible Ace in the hole.http://vikings.kfan.com/sports/nflguide/local/story.aspx?content_id=A60E4DBB-EB44-4172-9113-AD000085958B

Tice does speak with forked tongue, I can wait for things to develop and maybe get lucky. Go Mewalde!
Big Ernie McCracken
Why would the 3rd string RB, who has been slow to heal and reluctant to practice dislodge two backs who have proven much more than he has at this point. I'd say you're grasping at straws

They haven't helped their cause nor the teams's. Mewelde is a rookie who'll quickly adopt an attitude change if he wants to play, maybe he already has and is why he's been upgraded to probable. You never know with Tice.

Tce seems to prefer him. Never listen to Tice's words, but listen to his actions.
Skrappy1
Tice now says Moore may be inactive this week anyway. • Running back Mewelde Moore (ankle sprain) practiced Wednesday and appears healthy enough to play Sunday if needed. Tice, however, indicated that Moore probably will be inactive for the fourth consecutive game. Michael Bennett appears on track to make his third consecutive start at running back. http://www.startribune.com/stories/510/5104489.html
kraftykraft
Why does figuring out who the Vikes are going to play or not have to involve Cold War style "Kremlinology"? (Where the CIA would try to figure out what is going on among Soviet leadership by looking at who was standing next to who during parades in Red Square) Tice!!
