My opponent had Driver and Longwell.. I figured......SWEET!! I've got two #1 WR's going against a #2 and a Kicker...... Little did I know!!! Man did I ever get a swift as his two put up 23 pts to my 12!!! :hoppingmad:
King Croc
Holt is a number two receiver.
Turf Boy
Yeah, with 663 passing yards last night, you would think Holt/Walker would combine for more than 66. Really, it doesn't even seem conceivable. Tough night to watch for Holt/Walker owners.
Dooomsday
I mixed it up playing Holt and DRIVER. Won! Yeah, Wayne, Lelie, Bruce, Kennison, stokes, burleson, etc all started as 2s... Theres a bunch- Edited December 1, 2004 by Dooomsday
Seahawks21
Since Walker and Holt are more talented than their respective counterparts, you have to look a little deeper to find out why they didn't get numbers. In this case its incredibly simple----both St. Louis and Green Bay have one good corner and one AWFUL corner. Favre and Bulger just chose to pick on the bad corners all night, exploiting the mismatch that pretty good WRs such as Bruce and Driver had against the defense. Sure good QBs spread it around, but, you'd still think Walker & Holt would get some big plays mixed in there. Now, if you'd have made this statement before the game...you'd look like a genius.
