He did however have an excellant completion percentage, but Vick will tuck and run more than the ATL RBs - so enough babbling, I'd go with Vick. I want to see at least a game from Penny before I start to put ANY faith in him. He was a big disappointment earlier this year, and I'm not sure that much will change.
