So, it's chasing away those with high visit rates. Never had this problem with the free site. (it's a joke, only a joke) Quote Link to comment

We are working with our billing agent to determine the root of the cause and we have fixes already for when it does happen. We'll keep working on it until it is resolved. Sorry!!!
