... I never draft a defense early, inspired by this thread.

 

Buffalo is currently the 2nd overall defense in my league. I was able to scoop them up off the waiver wire in week 5 ... since week 5 they have never failed to score less than 11 points and have 5 weeks over 20 points.

 

Here was how defenses were drafted in our league with draft position in red, overall in parenthesis) and current rank in green

Obviously I wasn't able to pick up Buffalo until they were cut by somebody else ... but that's how it is with defenses.

maybe its a league with return yards and scores counting. i can't believe nobody drafted atlanta. they have been pretty decent most of the yr.

No return yards. It is ST/DF combined ... but it certainly raised all eye brows in the room except for one pair.
