Some of the personnel decisions (bringing in every ex-Jet player he had that he could find, letting Antonio Bryant go both come immediately to mind) and some of the on the field decisions. Bill Swerski Posted December 17, 2004 Share Posted December 17, 2004 (edited) Most QBs take 3-6 years to develop into a viable NFL starter, and that's guys who played 2-4 college seasons. 615667[/snapback] If QBs drafted high (within the first two rounds) are given two full seasons of playing time and don't develop within three years, they're done on that team. Carr and Harrington are both in their third years and are really on the hot seat right now (although I think that both are viable NFL starters, but in the bottom tier of that group).
