I know I don't post here as much as I used to, but I still consider myself a part of this wonderful community at the Huddle. My father, Terry Lee Attivo, passed away yesterday at the age of 59 from complications resulting from a leg amputation surgery. Above all else, Terry was a wonderful, devoted Father, Grandfather, Husband and friend, but he also loved Fantasy Football, and was one of the biggest Pittsburgh Pirate, Steeler, and Penn State Nittany Lion Football fans around. He joined a Fantasy League with me and all of my college buddies, and there aren't many fathers that would have done that. Dad, I love you and will miss you for the rest of my days. Thanks to the Huddle for giving me this wonderful forum to express these feelings and God Bless.

Oh God man I'm sorry. He sounds like a great guy. Fathers who enjoy doing things with their kids are special.

i am so sorry. i know that the bond that you shared between each other is unbreakable, even through the barriers of life and death. my only advice to you is to look back at life, look back at all he gave you and left you. it will take time to heal from your pain. again, i am so sorry.
