I was always partial to Steve Watson (Denver Broncos). Much like McCaffrey, Watson always seemed to make the big third down catch to move the chains. I swear the guy had flypaper for hands.

 

Don Beebe was a great receiver for Buffalo, and was one of the fastest players of his time.
