That means after the player is put up for bid, I would be able to up the price by 1$ and keep him. So.. here are my choices for topper. Cpep Westbrook Wayne C. Chambers Who out of those 4... Might be C-Pep, if you think enough owners in your league will say "screw the top QBs, I'll get a different one". It could actually be Chambers, if you like him at all. He seems like someone that not too many people will bid on... someone brings him out at $1, hears crickets, you get him for $2. Otherwise, I'd advertise big time that you've got the rights to Culpepper, let everyone overbid (which I imagine they have to do on players that have topper rights), then don't exercise the topper.
