Favorites: Shaun Alexander and Jamal Lewis

Because they've both been at or very near the top before and they're still young enough to get there again.

Darkhorses: Rudi Johnson and Julius Jones

Because Rudi has proven he can handle a huge workload and because Parcells will run Jones all day.

Jamal should rack up some big totals.

Yes, he's hungry, but I like LT and Alexander and D Davis did well the end of last year.

LT is young and sholud be MVP soon, maybe this year.

I hate to say it, but, I will have to go along with Jamal Lewis winning the rushing title this year. :D

Total yards from scrimmage for a RB will go to LaDanian Tomlinson easily, as will fantasy points in performance leagues, especially those rewarded for receptions.

I think because this team has to run and run often. The addition of Mason, Clayton, and Heap will definitely help them move the ball, but Kyle Boller simply is not good enough to run a heavy passing offense and the Ravens know it. Jamal will be fed the ball a lot, and I don't think anyone can doubt his ability to run the football. He is not as much of a multi-dimensional threat as an L.T., but he can run.

he is the type of runner Earl Campbell was...up the gut and ran you over.....and since the passing game still isn't really respected along with the ...decent OL...Jamal will take a pounding again....once when he went over 2000...then again in jail and then now immediately after jail...I say he gets hurt by week 10... :D

somebody new....new blood will emerge this year...I just don't know who...

LT will be right there...SA won't..Edge won't...Holmes could if somebody sprinkled some crack on him or something and prevented him from being injured....maybe McGahee if he stays healthy...Kevin Jones...Mike Anderson :D ..Steven Jackson?....

I just got this strong feeling there will be alot of changes in who will be considered a top leading rusher this year..

30 carries/game 4 yards a carry = 120 yds/game x 16 = 1920 yds. Throw in 2 exceptional games and he goes for over 2k again. That's why. That offense relies on him. Boller still sucks and the D is still great.

I think we sometimes forget that he's an actual human being...any back who has crossed the 2000 yd mark has not been in the game much longer afterwards...Barry did it and wasn't a pounding type back...

TD did it and he fell apart...no human being is supposed to be used like this...especially one with an injury history in the likes of jamal's...

Gotta disagree on this one. I'm just not sold on him either. I don't see how jail time is going to help him recover from his terrible year last year. I've never seen a starting RB come out so many times during a game for a breather like Jamal did last season.

This years #1 is going to be LT.

Ain't no way he gets 30 carries in every game this year.
