  1. RB ISSUES

I have a gut feeling that Benson will do well today, but Dunn should also do well against his old team. Dunn is the starter and will see most of the action before Norwood comes in. I see Dunn getting yardage numbers but Benson getting decent yardage PLUS a score. If you have a gut feeling you have to go with it.
  2. If both Colston and Horn are out Copper makes a good play. Dallas should be wary of Henderson and possibly roll double coverage leaving Copper one on one to make some big plays. Brees has shown that it doesn't matter what set of receivers are lining up, he will get them the ball. I think N.O. has to get the passing game going to win against Dallas.
  3. I think Benson is a great call. He and Jones seem to have a battle to show who's best going on. You know he will make the best of his carries. If Chicago should get ahead early, you know Benson is going to see a lot of action.
  4. I wouldn't even think about cutting Fred Taylor. BearCat Tom had good advice. In addition you (if possible) can pick up J. Fargas from Oakland as after this week he does have a nice schedule and is the starting back in Oakland. If you have no interest in him then I would suggest picking up Cedric Benson or Dominique Rhodes. Both players are getting touches and as both teams are guaranteed a playoff birth, they will rest the starter.
  5. Bulger or Pennington?

I would still go with Bulger.
  6. Which DEF Fellas

    Another Oakland vote
  7. You have no other options. Why waste the day on worry. Be confident your players will perform well.
  8. Cleaning House!

I would hold on to Eli. His schedule looks good and I think he will bounce back. As for possible pickups Brooks has the weapons and has experience. I am going to gamble on Cutler and see what he can do. Jay looked very good in the pre-season and hopefully, he can pull off a Romo like end to the season.
  9. Owens, Booker, Henderson.
  10. M Bell status....

You will have to follow the updates throughout the week. The predicition is what SHOULD be used against the Chargers D.
  11. Deangelo Williams

I don't think Williams take over the job outright. The Panthers problems all start on the O line. No push off the line and unable to hold a block to let a back through. If they can mend this problem, Foster and Williams as well as Delhomme could get back to the form everyone felt they had coming into this season.
  12. DJax for Westbrook

Westbrook is the running AND passing game in Philly! Make that trade immediately!
  13. RB delima now after losing Portis

Agreed, play the matchups between Foster and Lewis
  14. HUGH TRADE

    Decline the trade.
  15. Is Berrian worth Hanging on to?

I think you had better hold on to Berrian. Copper is going to be hit and miss depending on Joe Horn AND Devery Henderson. Caldwell did well week 10 after Gabriel was benched, however there is no one favorite dependable receiver in N.E. Check Berrian's status this week as he mentioned he would most likely be ready to play.
  16. PLEASE HURRY DEFENSE QUESTION

Ask yourself what you would say if someone asked you that same question and then do that!
  17. Byron Leftwich to Jack Del Rio

I believe one of the interceptions yesterday could be attributed to Gerrard. The rest are down to his receivers, and lack of blocking.
  18. Trade Bell for Edge and Bears D?

Looks like a good trade to me.
  19. Should I pick up Betts

Don't know who your other QB is but I would absolutely pick up Betts. He is showing he can handle the load and has some decent matchups coming up.
  20. Pat Tillman

Of course anyone who has served and faced the possibility of dying for thier country deserves a salute. I am not a Tillman flag waiver, but I don't think that the statement "I would simply say that he was doing his job" is apt in this case. Doing his job was playing football for the Cardinals. Tillman gave up that lucrative job in the limelight to go and fight for his country. Not drafted, volunteered. He gave up what many can only dream about, a career in the NFL to go and fight for his country because he didn't feel he was any better than the next man. He and people like him, Ted Williams for example, fought alongside other Americans who were not as wealthy and famous. Certainly not because they had to. Only because they felt compelled to. In a case such as Pat Tillman's, giving up wealth, fame and security to go and fight will always garner this kind of attention.
  21. I Just Want To Say Thanks To You Guys

Nobody likes to lose, especially when there is a bit of money involved, but the topic of this forum is Fantasy Football Advice. Just some advice or suggestions from some guys who have been around in a league or two but nothing so compelling as to heed every word. If you took every suggestion as gospel your team wouldn't truly belong to you. You take the advice, consider it and then make up your own mind. YOU are the owner of YOUR team. Nobody has final say but you. At the end of the season it is better to have lost making your own choices right or wrong, than to be defeated because you chose to listen to someone else. Fantasy football isn't a science.
  22. Pat Tillman

I salute all him. His valor and courage set an example to our nation during a tragic time.
