I agree with swampnuts.People who do not use a leash on their dogs are inconsiderate.People who do not clean up their dogs dung are a**holes.I do not own a dog.So I do not want to step in dog dung.What about dog owners who stick their dogs out back and let them bark all day?These people are not only inconsiderate they should be shot.
