  1. Dallas locker room much more relaxed

It's worked great for the Texas Rangers so far this year. They got rid of Buck and brought in a "players coach" and are in last place....but I am sure it'll be different in football.
  2. Yeah, but now you'll have to remember that while yer blowing him, he's giving you cancer.

  5. Ticks!

Funny you bring this up. My dog has never had a tick on him until yesterday. I removed it but he still has a big lump where it was. Don't know if it is just a reaction from getting bit or if there could be another one in there. Anybody want to weigh in? I burned the tick as that was what my parents used to do with them but I was told that I should have frozen it to see if my dog gets sick and then it could be tested for lime disease.

  11. What Star Wars Character are you?

Luke Skywalker YOU ARE LUKE SKYWALKER! YOU YEARN TO ESCAPE THE DULL ROUTINE OF YOUR LIFE BECAUSE, LIKE MOST PEOPLE, YOU SEEK SOMETHING GREATER. AT TIMES YOU CAN BE NAIVE, IMPATIENT, TORN BETWEEN GOOD AND EVIL, BUT AT THE END OF THE DAY, YOU HAVE A GOOD HEART AND YOUR FEATHERED HAIR LOOKS SPECTACULAR. That pretty much sums it up.
  12. What's your favorite pizza topping?

Reminds me of a line from a movie: "Try the cock, Albert. It's a delicacy and you know where it's been." Anyone know the flick?

I saw them last month when I was in Tucson on vacation.
  14. Alex Baldwin

Wait, I thought we were talking about Alec.
  15. Alex Baldwin

Yeah, but that was just one of those random internet boasts. Nobody actually took him up on that and firmly stated, "Mr. Baldwin, I have heard your offer, I accept the wager and you will be expected to make good on it should you lose."
  16. Billy Joel

I saw him in Dallas in the early 90's when he was still married to Christie. The concert was right after she had some sort of accident either skiing or car...can't remember. Somebody in the audience yelled out "how's Christie doing?" and his response was something like "that biatch is fine"...it came out a little later that she got hurt while with a companion...they divorced soon after.

  24. Anything fun to do in Las Colinas/Irving/Dallas

No casino's around here unless you want to drive to Oklahomo which is about 90 minutes away. Up in Las Calinas you have Champps and Humperdinks sports bars. A good restaurant there is Cool River. The Ballpark is 20 minutes away, the Rangers are in town this weekend but out of town next weekend. Lot's of other stuff that you can do in any big city like shopping and museums. Unique to Dallas is the JFK Memorial and School Book Depository. Downtown Ft. Worth is generally a nice place to walk around in the evenings. Good restaurants and bars. Lone Star Park in Grand Prairie starts its season April 12th so if you are here then, it's a great place to watch the ponies. If you need any good restaurants in Dallas, let me know.
