  1. Takeo Spikes and Kelly Holcomb traded to Philly

    Well thought out post...
  2. Takeo Spikes and Kelly Holcomb traded to Philly

Has anyone seen the conditions and what picks are subject to said conditions?
  3. Takeo Spikes and Kelly Holcomb traded to Philly

It's a good deal for both. The Eagles can gamble on Spikes regaining his pre achilles form as they have less holes on defense, and they need a smart veteran QB(s) to play a game or two if need be. The Bills can now draft a 2nd QB, get stronger along the d-line and continue to acquire picks. Spikes didn't like the system and bad mouthed the club when they cut Troy Vincent and I believe he asked for a trade. Marv and Jauron are slowly getting guys they like and who like being here. Draft is going to be good and active. Hall, Lynch, AP through trade or if he falls, or Willis are all possibles. I think it might be Hall.
  4. FF Scams

So his pratices were spelled out, be the print fine or not? I don't agree with him MAKING money in addition to playing for free but you seem to indicate you just didn't read the fine print and now are wishing you had. Big difference in you inferring he is a crook. Take a vote and veto it, you're good at that.

  6. I had to read a very paragraph deprived story once...it hurt my eyes.
  7. Anthony Thomas

The Bills signed him today, most probably thought he was already signed, wasn't. Stealing from the other thread I think JJ would be a decent rb choice for the Bills, for a 4th and not the third as thought. I doubt the Bills would draft Marshawn Lynch (spelling) because I think there is a character issue and Marv Levy is trying, TRYING to get guys clean in this area. Perhaps to a fault... Perhaps if they investigate and are satisfied he did no wrong they would take a shot...I just doubt it.
  8. keeper steup

Here are my rules, perhaps if you find one useful tidbit, it was worth the read. The first 8 paragraphs deal with keepers and drafting. PROTECTED ROSTERS: MUST CONSIST OF 1QB, 1RB, 1WR, AND TWO OF THE FOLLOWING THREE, TIGHTEND, KICKER, OR DEFENSE. PROTECTED ROSTERS ARE DUE MONDAY, 8-11-06 DRAFT PROCEDURE: STARTING WITH YOUR ORIGINAL 5 PROTECTED PLAYERS MADE UP OF 1QB, 1RB, 1WR, AND 2 OF THE FOLLOWING, TIGHTEND, KICKER, OR DEFENSE. YOU DRAFT UNTIL YOU FILL OUT YOUR ROSTER AS FOLLOWS, 2QB, 3RB, 3WR, 2TE, 2K, AND 1 DEFENSE, NOT NECESSARILY IN THAT ORDER, FOR A TOTAL OF 13 PLAYERS. SOME TEAMS, BECAUSE OF TRADES OR OTHER REASONS, MAY NOT HAVE THE SAME NUMBER OF PLAYERS AT THIS POINT. TEAMS ENDING THE DRAFT WITH LESS THAN 16 PLAYERS, BECAUSE OF TRADES OR MOST OTHER REASONS, MAY FILL THEIR ROSTER AT THAT TIME WITH NO FEES INCURRED. SHOULD A TEAM LEAVE THE DRAFT EARLY THEY MUST FILL THEIR ROSTER THROUGH THE WAIVER PROCESS AND WITH THE ASSOCIATED FEES. IF A TEAM LEAVES THE DRAFT BEFORE THE SUPPLEMENTAL ROUNDS FOR PERSONAL REASONS THEY MAY FILL THEIR ROSTER WHEN THE FIRST WAIVER ORDER RUNS, ABOUT 48 HOURS, THE LEAGUE WILL WAIVE THE FEES. ANY TRANSACTION AFTER THAT WILL BE CHARGED. THE INITIAL WAIVER ORDER WILL BE SET MANUALLY, HIGHEST SEED THROUGH LOWEST SEED. (THE ORDER OF ROUND SIX FOR EXAMPLE) ROUNDS ONE THROUGH FIVE ARE WEIGHTED BASED ON PREVIOUS YEAR'S PERFORMANCE. ROUNDS SIX THROUGH EIGHT BEGIN WITH THE HIGHEST SEEDED TEAM FROM THE PREVIOUS YEAR AND SERPENTINES UNTIL ROUND NINE. THE SUPPLEMENTAL ROUNDS, NINE, TEN, AND ELEVEN BEGIN WITH THE HIGHEST SEEDED TEAM AS WELL AND SERPENTINES FROM THERE. THERE ARE NO REQUIREMENTS FOR POSITIONS DRAFTED IN THESE SUPPLEMENTAL ROUNDS. MEANING IF YOU ARE SHORT OF REQUIRED PLAYERS AT ANY POSITION, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO FILL THOSE SPOTS IN THE SUPPLEMENTAL ROUNDS. SO LONG AS YOU HAVE THE REQUIRED AMOUNT AT EACH POSITION WHEN YOU HAVE COMPLETED THE DRAFT DAY. THE DRAFT IS OVER AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE 11TH ROUND. SHOULD ANY TEAM NOT HAVE A FULL ROSTER OF 16 THEY MAY CHOOSE TO SELECT THEIR REMAINING PLAYERS AT THIS TIME. TEAMS SHORT OF THE SIXTEEN MAN ROSTER LIMIT WILL PARTICIPATE IN CONSECUTIVE ROUNDS FOLLOWING THE SERPENTINE PATTERN ESTABLISHED IN THE SUPPLEMENTAL ROUNDS. TEAMS CONTINUE TO DRAFT UNTIL THEY REACH THEIR ROSTER LIMIT. WAIVERS: $1 EACH WITH NO LIMITS, WE USE THE CBS SPORTSLINE WAIVERS PROCESS. THESE RULES AND PROCEDURES ARE AVAILABLE BY USING THE HELP FEATURE ON THE LEAGUE HOME PAGE. ROSTERS ARE FROZEN FOR THE ENTIRE PLAYOFFS, INCLUDING PLAYERS ON NON-INJURY RESERVE. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO UNDERSTAND THE WAIVER PROCESS IN FULL. YOU ARE REQUIRED TO MAINTAIN A SPECIFIC ROSTER MAKE-UP, DESCRIBED ABOVE. CBS SPORTSLINE CAN NOT BE SET UP TO PREVENT DEVIATION FROM THESE REQUIREMENTS. IN THE EVENT A TEAM DROPS A SECOND TIGHT-END OR KICKER OR IN ANY OTHER WAY VIOLATES ROSTER REQUIREMENTS THE FOLLOWING WILL HAPPEN. WHEN THE ILLEGAL MOVE IS DISCOVERED IT WILL BE REVERSED AT ONCE AND THE LEAGUE WILL BE NOTIFIED VIA EMAIL. ANY TEAM IS THEN FREE TO ATTEMPT TO SIGN THAT PLAYER THROUGH THE CURRENT WAIVER ORDER. THE WAIVER FEES FOR ANY ILLEGAL MOVES ARE NOT WAIVED. THE RESULTING ROSTER FROM THE REVERSAL IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE TEAM'S OWNER. MEANING ANY DEADLINES NOW PAST ARE STILL IN EFFECT AND COULD RESULT IN AN INCOMPLETE OR UNWANTED STARTING LINE-UP. BECAUSE AN ILLEGAL LINE-UP RESULTS IN ZERO POINTS FOR THAT TEAM IT WOULD RESULT IN A FORFEIT WIN FOR THEIR OPPONENT. THE NFFL WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO AVOID FORFEIT GAMES. AT THE SAME TIME THE NFFL WILL NOT MANAGE AN OWNERS TEAM TO THE POINT OF DECISION MAKING. THE LEAGUE WILL REVERSE AN ILLEGAL MOVE EVEN IF THE WEEKLY GAMES HAVE STARTED AND IN THIS CASE NO EFFORT WOULD BE MADE TO MAKE LEGAL THE ROSTER. ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS THE NFFL WILL INSERT A PLAYER ON A BYE WEEK IF ONE IS READILY AVAILABLE ON THE ROSTER AND NO DEADLINES HAVE PAST. THE LITMUS TEST WILL BE THIS: THE NFFL WILL NOT INSERT A PLAYER THAT HAS A CHANCE OF SCORING POINTS WITHOUT A REQUEST FROM THE TEAM'S OWNER. THE LEAGUE WOULD RATHER A FORFEIT WIN THAN FOR LEAGUE OFFICIALS TO AFFECT THE OUTCOME THROUGH A DECISION MAKING PROCESS INVOLVING A STARTER. THE NFFL COMMISSIONER HAS THE ABILITY TO MANAGE YOUR ROSTER ON YOUR BEHALF. SUCH REQUESTS SHOULD BE MADE AS EARLY IN THE WEEK AS POSSIBLE. THE NFFL MAKES NO GAURUNTEE THAT ANY SUCH REQUEST WILL BE RECEIVED AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR UN-EXECUTED REQUESTS. HOWEVER ANY REQUEST THAT IS RECEIVED AND CAN BE EXECUTED BEFORE THE APPLICABLE DEADLINE WILL BE GRANTED. MEANING, RECEIVING THE ROSTER REQUEST, DOES NOT NECESSARILY MEAN THE MOVE IS GRANTED. IT MUST BE EXECUTED ON THE WEBSITE FOR THE MOVE TO BE VALID. THE TIME STAMP AT CBS SPORTSLINE WILL BE THE DETERMINING FACTOR IN WHETHER OR NOT A REQUEST WAS EXECUTED PRIOR TO THE DEADLINE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL A ROSTER REQUEST BE GRANTED AFTER THE WEEK'S NORMAL ROSTER DEADLINE, REGARDLESS OF WHEN THE REQUEST WAS SENT. YOU WILL RECEIVE NOTICE EXPLAINING ACTIONS REGARDING ALL REQUESTS. INJURED RESERVE: YOU MAY PLACE A PLAYER ON INJURED RESERVE ONCE THAT PLAYER IS PLACED ON INJURED RESERVE BY THEIR NFL TEAM. INJURED RESERVE REQUESTS WILL BE HANDLED THROUGH THE COMMISSIONER AS THERE IS NO SUCH FUNCTION AT CBS SPORTSLINE. YOU MAY ONLY PLACE A PLAYER ON I.R. IF HE WAS INJURED WHILE ON YOUR ROSTER. IF YOU ADD OR TRADE FOR A PLAYER WHO IS ON I.R. HE MUST TAKE UP A REGULAR ROSTER POSITION. EACH TEAM IS LIMITED TO 2 PLAYERS ON INJURED RESERVE. THEY MUST REMAIN THERE OR BE WAIVED TO MAKE ROOM FOR ANOTHER PLAYER YOU WISH TO PLACE ON I.R. SO IF PLAYER (A) AND ( ARE ON I.R. AND YOU WISH TO REPLACE ONE WITH PLAYER ©, PLAYER (A) OR ( MUST BE WAIVED FROM I.R. AND YOU WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO THE WAIVED INJURED PLAYER. MOVING A PLAYER TO I.R. AND SIGNING HIS REPLACEMENT IS FREE OF CHARGE. THERE IS NO PRIORITY REGARDING THE SIGNING OF INJURED RESERVE REPLACEMENTS. MEANING THE MOVE IS FREE OF CHARGE BUT YOU ARE STILL SUBJECT TO THE CURRENT WAIVER ORDER. MAKE SURE THE LEAGUE HAS GRANTED A PLAYERS INJURED RESERVE STATUS BEFORE YOU DROP THEM. NON-INJURY RESERVE: SUBJECT TO CHANGE AND IS AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF THE LEAGUE COMMISSIONER. A PLAYER WHO RETIRES WHILE ON A NFFL ROSTER MAY REMAIN THE PROPERTY OF THAT SAME NFFL TEAM. A NFFL TEAM RETAINS THE RIGHTS TO SAID PLAYER FOR A PERIOD OF UP TO 1 YEAR FROM THE DATE OF RETIREMENT. ONCE THE YEAR IS UP THE PLAYER MUST BE MOVED TO THE TEAMS ACTIVE 16 MAN ROSTER OR WAIVED. A PLAYER ON NON-INJURY RESERVE MAY BE TRADED TO ANOTHER TEAM AND MAINTAIN THE PLAYER'S RESERVE STATUS FOR THE REMAINING TIME OF THE ORIGINAL YEAR. NON-INJURY RESERVE MAY ALSO BE APPLIED TO ANY OFFICIAL NFL SUSPENSION OR INDIVIDUAL NFL TEAM SUSPENSIONS. THESE PLAYERS MAY ALSO BE TRADED WITH THEIR RESERVE STATUS INTACT FOR THE LENGTH OF THE SUSPENSION. AN NFFL FRANCHISE MAY ONLY HAVE ONE PLAYER ON NON-INJURY RESERVE. REQUESTS TO PLACE A PLAYER ON NON-INJURY RESERVE MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE LEAGUE COMMISSIONER FOR APPROVAL. A PLAYER ON NON-INJURY RESERVE MUST BE ACTIVATED TO YOUR ACTIVE ROSTER BEFORE ROSTERS ARE FROZEN FOR THE PLAYOFFS. ASSUMING YOU WISH TO USE THE PLAYER DURING THE PLAYOFF PERIOD INCLUDING THE CHAMPIONSHIP GAME. PLAYERS ON NON-INJURY RESERVE DO NOT COUNT TOWARD YOUR 16 MAN ROSTER LIMIT. SIGNING A NON-INJURY RESERVE PLAYERS REPLACEMENT IS ALSO DONE THROUGH THE WAIVER PROCESS WITH THE ASSOCIATED FEE AND SUBJECT TO THE CURRENT WAIVER ORDER. TRADING OFF-SEASON: YOU CAN START TRADING 07-24-06 THROUGH 8-14-06 WHICH IS WHEN THE PROTECTED ROSTERS ARE DUE. ANY TRADES MADE BETWEEN 07-24-06 AND 08-11-06 ARE FREE OF CHARGE. THEN THERE IS A FREEZE UNTIL THE COMPLETION OF THE DRAFT ON 08-26-06. ALL ROSTER MOVES WILL THEN COST YOU. YOU CAN NOT TRADE ANY PICKS BEYOND THE FIFTH ROUND. TRADES: $2 INVOLVING PLAYERS OR DRAFT PICKS. ALL TRADES MUST BE APPROVED BY THE COMMISSIONER. THERE IS NO LIMIT ON TRADES. THE TRADE DEADLINE IS 11-18-06. REGULAR SEASON TIE-BREAKERS: THE TIE-BREAKER IS TOTAL POINTS OF RESERVE PLAYERS. THIS, THE ONLY REGULAR SEASON TIE-BREAKER. THE REGULAR SEASON TIE-BREAKER WILL APPLY TO WEEKLY WINNERS AS WELL. THE WINNER OF A TIE-BREAKING SITUATION RECEIVES ONE POINT FOR THE WIN AND HAS THAT POINT ADDED TO THEIR WEEKLY AND YEARLY TOTALS FOR PURPOSES OF DETERMINING HOME FIELD ADVANTAGE IN THE PLAYOFFS AND WEEKLY WINNINGS. THE COMMISSIONER HAS THE ABILITY TO MODIFY SCORING. IN THE EVENT A SCORING ERROR IS DISCOVERED WE WILL MAKE THE APPROPRIATE CORRECTIONS. HOWEVER, ONCE THE NEXT WEEKS ROSTERS ARE DUE THE SCORES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL AND NO CHANGES WILL BE MADE. ROSTERS WILL BE CONSIDERED DUE WHEN THE WEEK'S EARLIEST STARTER IS DUE FOR ANY TEAM. CBS SPORTLINE WILL HAVE FINAL AUTHORITY ON ALL STATS. ALL OTHER SOURCES FOR STATS MAY BE PRESENTED AS EVIDENCE ONLY. THE NFFL COMMISIONER WILL HAVE FINAL AUTHORITY ON ALL DISPUTES. THE PROCESS WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING. 1. THE ERROR CAN BE REPORTED BY ANY PARTY TO THE COMMISSIONER. 2. THE COMMISSIONER WILL INFORM THE TEAMS INVOLVED OF THE POSSIBLE ERROR. 3. RESOURCE EVIDENCE WILL BE COLLECTED AND SUBMITTED, TO AND BY THE COMMISSIONER. 4. CON-CURRENTLY CBS SPORTSLINE MAY BE CONTACTED WITH A REQUEST FOR HELP AND/OR CLARIFICATION OF THE STATS IN QUESTION. 5. IF THE ERROR INVOLVES INTERPRETATION OF OUR LEAGUE RULES THE COMMISSIONER WILL ISSUE A DECISION. IF IT IS A STATISTICAL CBS SPORTSLINE ERROR AND CAN BE CORRECTED BEFORE THE DEADLINE IT WILL BE. PLAYOFFS: SIX TEAMS QUALIFY FOR THE PLAYOFFS. THE THREE DIVISION WINNERS AND THE NEXT THREE WILDCARD TEAMS. PLAYOFF SCHEDULE WILL ALWAYS HAVE THE BEST REMAINING TEAM PLAYING THE WORST REMAINING TEAM. THE TOP TWO DIVISION WINNERS SHALL HAVE A BYE THE FIRST ROUND OF THE PLAYOFFS. THIS RULE SUPERCEDES ANY HUMAN ERROR THAT MAY OCCUR IN THE SCHEDULING OF PLAYOFF GAMES. THE SIX NON-PLAYOFF TEAMS WILL ENTER A MANDATORY SUPPLEMENTAL PLAYOFF TOURNAMENT. THE COST IS $5 PER TEAM AND THE WINNER TAKES ALL. NORMAL PLAYOFF SEEDING, TIEBREAKERS, AND HOME FIELD ADVANTAGE WILL APPLY. THE RESULTS OF THIS TOURNAMENT DOES NOT EFFECT THE DRAFT ORDER. PLAYOFF SEEDING TIE-BREAKERS ARE AVAILABLE BELOW. HOME FIELD ADVANTAGE IN THE PLAYOFFS IS 2 POINTS. THE FIRST TIE-BREAKER IN THE PLAYOFFS WILL BE TOTAL POINTS OF RESERVE PLAYERS. IF THE GAME IS STILL A TIE THE GAME WILL BE AWARDED TO THE HIGHER SEEDED PLAYOFF TEAM. CHAMPIONSHIP GAME: THE HIGHER SEEDED PLAYOFF TEAM, THE HOME TEAM, WILL HAVE A ONE HALF POINT ADVANTAGE IN THE GAME. THIS BEING THE HOME FIELD ADVANTAGE AND THE TIE-BREAKER. THE TWO LOSING TEAMS IN THE DIVISIONAL ROUND OF THE PLAYOFFS SHALL PLAY EACH OTHER CHAMPIONSHIP WEEK FOR THIRD PLACE. THE REGULAR PLAYOFF TIE-BREAKER AND HOME FIELD ADVANTAGE (2 POINTS) FOR THE PLAYOFFS WILL APPLY. MONEY MATTERS FOLLOWING 2006 VOTES: TOTAL LEAGUE FUNDS $1120 CBS SPORTSLINE - $130 WEEKLY WINNERS - $280 SUB TOTAL $710 FIRST PLACE $350 SECOND PLACE $200 THIRD PLACE $110 FOURTH PLACE $50 TRANSACTION FUNDS: 100% OF THE WAIVER FUNDS SHALL GO TO THE LEAGUE CHAMPION. LPP: THESE FUNDS, $25, WILL BE USED TOWARDS THE PURCHASE A CHAMPIONSHIP GIFT FOR THE LEAGUE CHAMPION. THE DIFFERENCE TO BE FIANANCED FROM THE CHAMPION'S TOTAL WINNINGS. TROPHY: THE LEAGUE CHAMPION SHALL ALSO RECEIVE THE NFFL TRAVELING TROPHY, UPON SIGNING THE NFFL TROPHY AGREEMENT. ENGRAVING FEES ARE DEDUCTED FROM THE NFFL CHAMPION'S WINNINGS. WEEKLY WINNER: EACH WEEK OF THE REGULAR SEASON THE TEAM THAT SCORES THE HIGHEST POINT TOTAL RECEIVES $20. THIS MONEY IS PAYED AT THE END OF THE YEAR. SHOULD TWO TEAMS BE TIED FOR HIGH WEEK TOTAL WE WILL USE TOTAL RESERVE POINTS AS THE ONLY TIE-BREAKER. L.P.P: THIS IS THE LOW POINT PENALTY. WEEKS 10-14 THE TEAM SCORING THE LEAST AMOUNT OF POINTS IS PENALIZED $5. THIS $25 WILL BE USED TO PURCHASE THE GIFT FOR THE LEAGUE CHAMPION. THE NFFL WITH DEAL WITH CANCELLED NFL GAMES ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS. IF IT BECOMES APPARENT A GAME COULD BE CANCELLED FOR ANY REASON, OWNERS SHOULD CHECK THEIR EMAILS AND LEAGUE WEBSITE OFTEN AS DECISIONS COULD COME QUICKLY. THE NFFL COMMISSIONER HAS FINAL SAY OVER ALL LEAGUE MATTERS. THE COMMISSIONER ALSO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO AMMEND OR ADJUST THIS CONSTITUTION WHEN NEEDED.
  9. Anthony Thomas

Marv Levy Listen to Levy on 590 when he talks about character issues, must admitt I haven't heard it all yet.
  10. Worst TV Show?

I laughed out loud the first time I watched 24. (this year) Sapranos is the 3rd best organized crime series on HBO... Maybe these should be in an overrated catergory.
  11. Cables for HD TV

True, but most runs are less than 6 feet as is mine. 40 extra feet of HDMI coiled up under your recever is silly. Room to room applications would be a different story...
  12. LB Fletcher-Baker House-Hunting In Charlotte

TAMPERING...I demand draft picks as punishment
  13. Cables for HD TV

I bought the Gold plated HDMI cable from monoprice in the 24 awg I should have gone with the thinner 28 awg. I would recommend the thinner only because they are more plyable in the often tight spaces of entertainment centers. Thick beefy cables, well made... Great cables and they got here quickly I ordered some others and they where awesome as well. 2 HDMI, 1 optical audio, and a 3 RCA Component
  14. McGahee to Giants?

    No, those people got fired...
  15. Things I know other huddlers haven't done

I've seen Howard Stern's future brother in law's penis. I set a road on fire. I've been to a 160+ consecutive Buffalo Bills home games. I seen every episode of M*A*S*H but the Farewell episode.
  16. Names for Ice Cream shop

Frozen Tears of Dick Vermeil Priest Cones Dante Hall of Flavors Cone Wars 50% Less Glass Lickety Splitz (I assume this is taken) Ice Cream...Your're talkin' about Ice Cream...ICE CREAM! Jimmy Hats
  17. The end of The Tonight Show

If you like Letteman you should check out Carson Daly. You can see Daly gets some subtle influences from Dave. He doesn't have the wit and talent but some of the same mannerisms from time to time. I would imagine Daly slides into Conan's time slot when Conan gets Jay's spot. Leno has a habit of slamming his guest with little quips and takes some real cheap shots during his monologes, which I don't care for. But he panders to the mainstream and it pays off with ratings. Conan is very witty and incredibly smart. His intellengence doesn't come through in his style show but it will when he probably tones it down for the 11:34:30 time slot. I have to watch Leno, Conan, and Carson but I do catch Dave when I am on vacation and he still makes me laugh. His "will it float" bits are silly but he is a much better interviewer, especially if the guest sucks, he can rescue them, Jay lets them die. Leno craves the level Johnny had in terms of popularity and it shows pathetically at times. Like when there are animal guests and he painfully tries to capture the flare Carson had with them and their trainers. The only time I really enjoy Leno is when he isn't being Leno. When he is getting interviewed or having a serious discusion. I also admire his work ethic and the fact he has never spent a Tonight Show dime. He lives off his standup money and coporate gigs. On a personal level Conan is the best, then Dave and Jay has his moments. Kimmel, Daly and even Ferguson are all about the same but I rarely can watch them. Hope this makes sense, I am quite hammered.
  18. How restricted free agents work

I wasn't aware of the specifics... RFA
  19. How restricted free agents work

I think we have four or five, Pirahna and peepinmofo, you and me for starers
  20. How restricted free agents work

agreed, it was more geared toward the Bills example, which was interesting in itself. They can effectively move up and get a better pick than they used to trade for the guy in their example. The Hutchinson stuff with the Vikes would be cool to hear about as well.
  21. help me pick my new TV

Get an OTA antenna in the mean time for around $50. You will be able to pick up 5 or so HD broadcasts on your locals, assuming you don't live in the sticks to far. You might even need it anyway if your locals in HD are not up on DTV when you get that. And when you get the DTV HD box then you can just plug in your OTA cable to the back of the box, input your zipcode, and the locals, HD and all appear in your guide. For free and it looks great...
  22. I'm so far behind on Sopranos

I enjoy watching obese people eat... The prime example of living of a great season or two with nothing worth these kind of waits for fans the past two seasons. I'll of course finish watching the series but it isn't really worthy of my time. It doesn't suck but it is a disappointment at every turn.
  23. Peter King is an idiot

This is why I think several Huddlers are also idiots...everyone is so quick to drop the "Rosie O'Donnell" line when a guy is hurt, as perceived by them, NOT BADLY ENOUGH, to not play or play a certain way. I would suspect the media doesn't like Harrison as much as they should because he rarely, if ever, gives interviews...so why should the media defend him...in their twisted minds. I see it all the time with local beat reporters for the Sabres and Bills. Some are biased, spiteful, grudge holding losers.
  24. do you remember ....

Elway at about 1.06ish 1994 Someone joked about Stoyanovich, he was my real 2nd round pick. I believe Terry Allen was my third rounder.
  25. Team cap space

I thought they would franchise Briggs McGahee might be traded to Ravens Fletcher to the PAts
