That was our first thought......but no....that wasn't it. On traditional materials.....yes......that would be the reason. The reps came out and heated those areas up....and I believe the color came back.

I believe Czar had it installed and had a problem with a bizarre fading of it under door mats and flower pots.....correct? The distributor's explanation/solution was that those spots were actually wetter than the surrounding material and that she was to take a dryer/heat gun to the faded spots to bring them back to normal. Odd I thought. And sort of a PITA. I've never installed one to date. I'm mostly FOR anything that is low maintenance, yet still looks good and performs well. Aren't there a couple other manufacturers of this type of decking other than Trex? Have they had similar problems/complaints? Chuck beat me to it. Weatherbest.....ChoiceDek....Procell....TimberTech.

In other words.....it's 50/50.

Probably on the 'not to do' list: 12. Bring along a 6'4" drag queen you "just met" in the lobby when you go to meet Spain and Skippy and Bunz for the first time at the Hooters casino bar at 10am? Oh wait....What happens in Vegas.....stays in Vegas.......forgot.

Where's the baby powder thread when you need it?

A huddler family (the Polksalets) needs your prayers

So Polk.....are you saying that, technically......you guys were there 9 days longer than you should have been?? Or would you have been there this long anyway? Losing/misplacing biopsy reports on a high risk patient that they are supposedly closely monitoring is indeed inexcusable. I can see a small delay because this was probably a little more complicated tissue than most. But I know they can do immediate biopsies while a person is still in surgery....so one to two months sounds sort of convoluted. Now....I can't say it never happens....I'm sure it does. I don't know what the doc meant about "you should have listened to me in the first place"...maybe I missed an update somewhere. He made a mistake speaking to you that way.....definitely. And I know you are mad....but I'm not sure how many times you want him to apologize either. You should get a mediator to trace what happened to the report, why it was missing or not entered into the computer.....and how it just mysteriously reappeared with this "new doc". If that affected the length of your hospital stay....I'd definitely protest the amount of the bill. But look at the BIG picture here Polky.....your daughter is going to be fine. They apparently did a fine job delivering her and a fine job surgically. Right? Don't let this one thing sour all the positives. -
OK....you know I love talking to all you folks.....but you know who "gives great voice"? Balla. That deep, radio voice with a smile and a touch of Southern twang.....it'll give ya shivers.
