If you want an unbiased opinion (homer!), I would agree with DieHard, Jone is the way to go.

I wouldn't dream of giving up Caddy. If you do, than it seems to me that you are getting the right value for him. I can't imagine having to couple Caddy with C. Brown or McCallister ...and get Lamont in return...hasn't performed up to expecations yet and in fact, looks like he might start losing some touches to Crockett. No way...no trade.

Jerry Porter or Joe Horn...This girl need help!
cubdaddy replied to cnewaves's topic in Fantasy Football Advice
Porter hasn't really impressed this year. As a matter of fact he has underachieved IMO. I would never sit a stud unless he's out, or in favor of another stud (and Porter doesn't qualify). If you are in a league that requires a TE, Conwell would be a good pick up given that Takeo Spikes is out of commission. -
I'd go Rattay all the way!

I'd give up SD but not DD. SD seems to be giving up more touches to Foster and has never been involved in the passing game. DD is involved in both. No brainer IMO. Good luck!

Nice little article on Bobby Engram and the 'Hawks
cubdaddy replied to yo mama's topic in Fantasy Football
Thanks for the information Mama. I have him sitting on my bench and considered dropping him, but in light of this information, I might just hang on to him for a little while longer. -
Thanks for the insight. I considered him, and JJ's pick of Morton, and have actually thought about going for Reggie Williams (Jax) given that Denver is likely to stop the running game and force Leftwich to beat them with his arm. Couple that with the fact that Champ's banged up and they are starting a nickle corner and he could have a decent game. I'm thinking 6/75/1. Wouldn't that be nice for a last minute fill in! Thanks and good luck this weekend!

Thanks. It looks like I'll be lookin' elsewhere.

I like both of them. Lloyd, well, because he's a main target for Rattay. And Curtis, because, with Bruce hurt, the pass-happy offense, and the matchups they have over the next few weeks. Well enough said. LOL.

Willie's fantasy values is at it's peak, and rightfully so. If you are going to give him up you'd better get something in return. I'd offer Willie and Gonzo for Freddie and TO. That would solidify his RB situation and give him a top tier TE, and give you the 2nd Stud WR you want with a good back RB option.

I'd sit tight. Look at the SOS and factor in that TJ did great the first 6 or 7 games of last year...and dropped of the face of the earth.

I think you are over estimating the value of JLew. I can't imagine anyone buying any of those trade offers.
-
I wouldn't. Stephen Davis seems to be the man in Carolina again, and all indications seem to point towards the offense reverting to the 2003 plan. Besides, I think JLew is a little dinged up.
