gimpster
I have Burleson in the 7th and Michael Clayton in the 12th. We lose the pick in the round the player was originally drafted in. Both are great values for those rounds. It seems like Clayton is currently ranked higher on cheat sheets, but I am worried about his knee. And looking at their respective QB's and the loss of Moss, I think Burleson has the advantage here with C-Pep throwing him the ball. Will the Bucs get away from the pass and run the ball with newly acquired Cadillac Williams for further reason to go with Nate? Any thoughts? Standard scoring: 1 pt/10 yds, 6pts/td, no reception pts
Dirty Weasel
I'd stick with Clayton. Only costs you a 12th round pick. But if you believe in superstition, go with Burleson. Clayton may have the sophomore jinx, and Burleson will have the 3rd year breakout.
Adrenaline
I'd keep Clayton, he is the better value. The Vikings have a couple other WRs that could be good also. Clayton is the man in TB.
rhippens
follow the news of clayton's knee, but he would be my pick if he is healthy. i think he is the better player and we don't completely know what burleson can do against a #1 cornerback all season. as long as that knee is good to go by the season opener, a 12th round pick is a flat out steal. DocNiner52
As rhippens said, follow the knee thing with Clayton. Still, even with the knee issue I think he's worth the risk and you only lose a 12th rounder. Both receivers have question marks. Burleson, can he step up and produce as a #1 with Moss gone. Clayton, knee problems and I think his QB (Griese) could boom or bust. On sheer talent alone Clayton is the pick.
