sacosud
To make this short by stating it's a performance Dynasty Leauge basically qb's get 4 points for passing td's. All rushing or any other td is 6 pts. Rb's 0.005 per yard. Wr's get 0.50 per reception and 0.010 per yard. All others are standard performance scoring Interceptions are -2 and fumbles -2. I will update when each round ends. This draft has been going slow. Round 1 1 Monsters of the Midway Tomlinson, LaDainian RB 2 Run-N-Gun Jones, Kevin RB 3 Texas Wranglers Alexander, Shaun RB 4 Saviors McGahee, Willis RB 5 Gungan Death Sqaud Manning, Peyton QB 6 Eastside Raiders Portis, Clinton RB 7 Wally Bumpers Davis, Domanick RB 8 Titanic Struggle Holmes, Priest RB 9 Bay View Bengals James, Edgerrin RB 10 Boomsticks Johnson, Rudi RB 11 Created Thunder McAllister, Deuce RB 12 Druids Dillon, Corey RB ############################### Round 2 1 Druids Jackson, Steven RB 2 Created Thunder Lewis, Jamal RB 3 Wally Bumpers Jones, Julius RB This guy is going be outscore LT this year. Even he said so!! 4 Bay View Bengals Green, Ahman RB 5 Titanic Struggle Bell, Tatum RB 6 Boomsticks Jordan, Lamont RB 7 Eastside Raiders Moss, Randy WR 8 Gungan Death Sqaud Westbrook, Brian RB 9 Saviors Johnson, Chad WR 10 Texas Wranglers Culpepper, Daunte QB 11 Run-N-Gun Williams, Carnell RB 12 Monsters of the Midway Brown, Ronnie RB ######################################### Round 3 1 Monsters of the Midway Benson, Cedric RB 2 Run-N-Gun Barber, Tiki RB 3 Texas Wranglers Holt, Torry WR 4 Titanic Struggle Harrison, Marvin WR 5 Gungan Death Sqaud Owens, Terrell WR 6 Eastside Raiders Martin, Curtis RB 7 Boomsticks McNabb, Donovan QB Normally don't like to take a QB this early but the value is too good to pass up. 8 Saviors Johnson, Andre WR 9 Bay View Bengals Arrington, JJ RB 10 Boomsticks Walker, Javon WR 11 Created Thunder Bennett, Michael RB 12 Druids Wayne, Reggie WR **************************************************************** 4 1 Druids Johnson, Larry RB 2 Created Thunder Ward, Hines WR 3 Wally Bumpers Clayton, Michael WR 4 Bay View Bengals Gates, Antonio TE 5 Titanic Struggle Burleson, Nate WR 6 Wally Bumpers Boldin, Anquan WR 7 DRAFT 17h 29m 38s 8 Gungan Death Sqaud ... 9 Saviors ... Texas Wranglers ... 11 Run-N-Gun ... 12 Monsters of the Midway ... ******************************************************************** Okay maybe now I should let the cat out. I'm the Eastside Raiders. I got stuck right in the middle of a 1st year dynasty my next pick is 4.6 . Portis or Edge that's what it came down to for me. I went with Portis. I think he's going to make a pretty good come back this season. I love Wash rushing schedule and Edge scares me a little 26 years old, knees, and I believe he's gone after this season. How will he do without the other members of the Triplets opening it up for him, if he signs a long term deal this may have swayed me. Moss well is Moss. I thought about Westbrook here but really suspected a wr run which did not happen. This draft contiued it's Rb run, that did take me by surprise a little. The Cumar pick was simple because I want a good dynasty team but I also want to compete right away. I did consider Arrington here but I decided on Cumar basically I don't trust Green to give him the rock 20 times a game especially early and this is my number #2. My next pick is 4.6 unless I trade. What would you do Rb, Wr, TE. rbs ava. Dunn,Fragile Fred Taylor,Deshaun Foster,Warrick Dunn wr ava. Djax, Roy Williams, Joe Horn, LarryFitzgerald,Steve Smith te ava . Gonzo If I forgot anyone else feel free to adv. I'm on the clock my next pic would be 5.7 Thanks in advance. keggerz
horn or roy depends the direction you want to go with age...horn has atleast 2 yrs left in the tank ROY will be a top 5 in a yr or so for a long time to come!!
DocNiner52
I wouldn't take any of the available rb's you have listed with this pick. If you're wanting to take a shot at winning it all this year then I'd go with Joe Horn. Pretty consistent over the last few years. If you want to plan for the future I'd go Roy Williams. Detroit wr's corps seems to be a little cluttered right now with Roy,Rogers and Mike Williams, but Roy is and will be the #1 receiver on the Lions for a number of years. I wouldn't take Gonzo though it's tempting. You can probably get Witten or Dallas Clark with the 5.7 pick
sacosud
I took Horn. Thanks. It was between Horn and Jackson.
DocNiner52
Excellant choice. Now you have 2 stud rb's,Portis(poised for a big yearIMO),Martin(may be last year for big numbers). 2 stud wr's,Moss(still #1 IMO) and Horn(32 but consistantly puts up good numbers). I think you're on your way to building a very competitive team. Hopefully you can find some of those hidden gems in the later rounds as well. One I've drafted pretty late in a couple of leagues has been, shhh, Reche Caldwell. If he can shake off the injury bug I think he's in for a pretty good year. Not saying he'll put up monster numbers but he could be a #3 receiver on a fantasy team. He had over 300 yds. and 3tds early last year before the injury. I really wanted Warrick Dunn but the guy right in front of sniped him but life goes on. Chris Brown was what I considered the best ava and pulled the trigger. I'm now at the point where it's all about who falls to me. The bad thing is 2 picks later Travis Henry got p/u so much for the "gulp" handcuff or worse the starter?????...God I hope not. Thanks for the tip.
