Haskel
Based on players being kept, draft position and needs/tendencies of those drafting before and after me I'm predicting these are most likely the 3 RBs I'll be choosing from. I've already got Edge as a keeper, it's a 12 team league, 10 yds rush/rec, 6 pt TDs, no pts for receptions. I know The Huddle rankings, but I'm kind of leaning Ahman, Tiki then KJ. I think Ahman is going to bounce back this year...besides, the Packer OLine is much better than either DET or NY's. (We can only keep players for one year, otherwise KJ would be the clear choice). Just wanted some other's thoughts and opinions. Thanks in advance.
blaw23
I still think KJ is the choice, even if you can only keep them for 1 year. As Green and KJ will probably put up similiar numbers this year. Next year, I would say chances are better of KJ repeating those numbers than Green. Tiki I don't think can match either of them for performance in the next 2 years. yo mama
I'd rather have K. Jones.
major-tom
...besides, the Packer OLine is much better than either DET or NY's. 904986 But the Packers lost a couple O-linemen from last year. It could be a rough year if the replacements don't step up.
gijunky
But the Packers lost a couple O-linemen from last year. It could be a rough year if the replacements don't step up. 905013 Not to mention, the Packers O-line was supposed to be one of the best in the league last year, second only to maybe KC (preseason rankings), and we no what happened then... That was one of the reasons that I drafted Green #3 overall last year (Doh!), only to fall flat on my fantasy face... Don't see how the line can be much better this year with the losses. Also, many of the "experts" are saying that the Packer D will be REAL BAD this year, maybe forcing situations like the Indy game of last year (1st down - pass, 2nd down - pass, 3rd down - pass, ...) where the Pack played from behind. sarge5121976
I say Tiki, KJ , Green in that order Edited August 2, 2005 by sarge5121976
Fenokee
Are you allowed to trade keepers versus dropping them back into the player pool after their "one-year contract"? If this is an option, KJ's value would be even greater.
Adrenaline
I'd go with KJ< if he continues where he let off last year he's goig to be awesome. Plus he has one of the easiest scedules of all RBs.
NavinRJohnson
KJ is the choice! Younger, stronger, faster...The RB draft this year actually looks quite deep compared to years past.
