mabucfan
First post of the new year! - I hope everyone's off season was a healthy and happy one. In one of my leagues I have the choice of keeping Deuce McAllister (just signed a F-A-T contract: good or bad?) or Kev Jones (real deal or on his way to a sophomore slump?). Would like some advice. Thanks!
darin3
I see merits in keeping both. Jones is a hot prospect right now (having a fantastic start to camp), but Deuce has been a stud for years. I'd perhaps take a SMALL chance on Jones here.
GhostRiders
This year, I think Deuce will have a better season. However longer term, K. Jones will be a better pick.
Avernus
in a keeper, it's Jones as he's still playing for his next big contract.. Deuce, in comparison has just got his and that was one of the reasons I liked him alot this year...the fact that he was in a contract year.. Jones was taken late and didn't get paid top back money, so that's his incentive right there for the next few years.. I'd LOVE to keep both, but if I had to choose..... keep Jones.. Roo
Wow that's a tough one. I'd put those guys right about on par, but for the obvious different reasons. Me personally, I'd take my chances on the emering stud in KJ. Some of the preseason talk we've heard about him is just so tasty.
dinowalt@cox.net
Take K.Jones-He's got better matchups come play off time. I actually have both in a keeper league.
Ralph Furley
You should read that article in the other forum about KJ. He sounds like he's doing awesome in camp. after you read that, you will lean towards keeping KJ.
