Primetime9287
Who would you rather have? Performance Scoring (1 point every 20 yards passing / 4 pts per pass td) They both have nice schedules so I am kind of in a bind between who I would take. yo mama
Bulger, but not by a whole lot. But in a deep keeper league, Bulger is even more desirable. The only downside to Bulger is that he always seems to miss a couple games a year, so I'd want to grab my #2 QB perhaps a round sooner. darin3
Bulger, for sure... he has 4 (5 if you count Faulk) solid receivers. Both are interception-prone, but Bulger has the upside.
JO-E
Bulger... b/c I will select him with the 40th pick in my draft... lol

Check it: 2002: 16 INTs thrown in 214 pass attempts, or 7.476% of his passes resulted in INTs. 2003: 22 INTs thrown in 532 passes, or 4.135% resulted in INTs. 2004: 14 INTs thrown in 485 passes, or only 2.886%. See the trend. Love the trend. Edited August 3, 2005 by yo mama

I would be more than happy with Bulger as my QB.

Without looking, can anyone in class tell me which QB last year, who started at least 1/2 the games for his team, had the lowest INT-to-pass attempt ratio? yo mama
Brady? 909121 Nope. Brady was the 16th best in that regard with a 3% ratio (14 INTs in 474 pass attempts). Care to guess again? Edited August 3, 2005 by yo mama

yo mama
McNabb? 909140 Oooo. Close. McNabb was the 2nd best in this category at 1.7% (or 8 INTs in 469 passes). One last try and then I'll reveal the correct answer.

Matrix
The thing going for Favre is that you can get him a few rounds later than you can Bulger. I agree that Bulger and the high-flying offense of the Rams will put up bigger numbers...but...not enought to warrant a few rounds of extra picks you can spend on someone else who may dramatically give you andvantage over other owners. Food for thought!
yo mama
Cool Breeze 909196 Oooo. Another good guess, as Brees ranks third best in this category at 1.8% (7 INTs in his 400 tosses last season. Which is yet another reason I can't figure out why people don't like the guy more than his current ADP). No, the correct answer is.... (drum roll please) Mr. Kurt Warner. Warner (played in 10 games, started in 9) threw only 4 INTs last year in 277 pass attempts: a very, very impressive 1.4%. When you consider the WR corps he had to work with and the amount of pressure he was under due to the leaky Giant O-line (the Giants tied last year for the 2nd most sacks allowed, at 52) Warner's INT ratio is even that much more amazing. Matrix
Nice quiz...didn't see that one coming! OK...I am taking Warner for my starting QB...thanks. No I can use my second pick on Rocky Blier! Whew

Six. OK, so his WRs stunk up the joint, but still. Solid pass-to-INT ratio, though. Definitely something to chew on when considering a backup QB. Perhaps with the revamped Cardinal offense, he can develop into a servicable starter, allowing you to dump your #1 QB off for some mad talent elsewhere. But as a back up, I don't know why he isn't getting more attention. As far as the TDs go, I attribute a lot of that to the play calling in NY, which he will not be bringing with him to Arizona. His accuracy (as represented by his 1st best INT-to-pass attempt ratio and 11th best 62.8% completion ratio ), on the otherhand... Throw in three strong WRs, a pass-catching RB, a much weaker pass schedule than last year, and Warner has 'Trash Can Report' written all over him. Steelhead
If you can take Trent Green over Bulger I would think about that. Green hasn't missed a game in ages, and has improved his stats each year. He should do better than Bulger despite the fact he's got a tougher schedule.
FantasyKing1
I would much rather have Bulger. He is in a better offense and has better weapons. Please see my post TY
Ralph Furley
Bulger. Being from Chicago, I don't want Farve anywhere near my fantasy team.
