rt1966
10 team performance league with standard scoring. We start 2 RB. My first two picks are 8th and 13th. I am taking D. Davis with the 8th pick. I am trying to decide between K. Jones and R. Johnson with the 13th pick. I am leaning towards Jones but already have Roy Williams as one of my keepers. Not sure if I want two skill players from the same team. Also, Davis and Jones have the same bye week. Any thoughts? Thanks
Roo
I like both, but also lean towards Jones. I'd monitor both closely before making a final pick, but I feel like Jones has breakout stud written all over him. Having him AND Roy Williams is not such a big deal in my opinion, but you could always trade Roy for equal value. You should search for thread on bye week strats. You could try the method where you purposely stack 1 week full of byes, essentially punting that week (week 3 in this case) and then being at at 90%-100% the rest of the weeks. cliaz
I don't think you can go wrong with either but I have that gut feeling everyone else and their mother has about KJ. Take him. 1800 total yards and 14 tds. That's my call. Of course I'll revise that before week 16.
StuckInTraffic
I've never been too worried about bye weeks and having too many players off at that time. But that's just me. If having too many players off on one bye week worries you then don't do it. There is a lot of early hype surrounding KJ, but it would be tough to go wrong with either KJ or Rudi. the Bengals offense looks ready to take off this year and Rudi should get plenty of looks. My gut says Rudi.

Thanks 909324[/snapback] The bye weeks are a concern. The only good thing is they come in week 3.K.Jones does have better matchups during fantacy playoff weeks 14-15-16. jjpro11
jones is more of an injury risk.. while rudi is likely the safe bet.. if your willing to take chances then go for it. the reward could be huge.
