DamDarDan
Im in an 8 man keeper league, where at the end of each season you drop 3 of 18 players and have a 3 round draft. Scoring is as follows 6pts any TD, 1-10 rushing, 1-10 receiving, 1-20 passing, Bonus 3 - 100 (receiving/rushing), 3 - 300 (passing). Start 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR/TE, 1 K, 1 D/ST (required to carry 2 of each K & D/ST). This is my first year, I took over a stagnate team never finishing above 7th in 6yrs. My team is as follows: QB - Carson Palmer (original Player) Trent Green (supplement draft pick for finishing last) RB - Rudi Johnson (original player) Lamont Jordan (via trade) Ronnie Brown (drafted) JJ Arrington (drafted) Eric Shelton (drafted) Ricky Williams (draft pick acquired in trade) WR - Keyshawn Johnson (original) Larry Fitzgerald (original) Antonio Gates (draft pick acquired in trade) Troy Williamson (draft pick acquired in trade) Justin McCareins (via trade) Santana Moss (via trade) K - Matt Stover (draft pick acquired in trade) Shayne Graham (draft pick acquired in trade) D/ST - Buffalo (original) Pittsburgh (draft pick acquired in trade) Players Traded: QB - Tom Brady, Brett Favre, Byron Leftwich (traded for / re-traded) RB - Stephen Davis, Duce Staley, Michael Bennett (traded for / re-traded) WR - Marty Booker, Donte Stallworth, Charles Rogers, Chris Chambers, Plaxico Burress (traded for / re-traded) K - Olindo Mare D/ST - Green Bay Players Dropped: QB - Jeff Garcia RB - Anthony Thomas, Marcell Shipp K - Al Del Greco
Swampnuts
I can see why this team was a dog. You don't have a tier one wideout or RB, and for an 8 team league that's pathetic. You need real help at WR, you can hold out at RB if Jordan and Arrington produce as expected. This lineup won't compete in an 8 team league as is. Swampnuts
I'd move Brown. He's got more trade value now than Arrington, but reports coming out of Dolphin's camp is Ricky is looking VERY good. Arrington should produce throughout the season, especially playing the Rams, Hawks, and Niners twice each.

Do you think Ricky will be traded (keeping in mind that this is a keeper league) giving me two possible tier 1 or 2 RB's in the future? Swampnuts
Ricky probably will get moved sometime next offseason. Your other option since you have so many holes, is to ride out what you have and hope Brown and Arrington emerge this season. You could build a potential stud team over the next few years. In a keeper league, you could demand a pretty high price for Brown. I don't think a Joe Horn or Javon Walker would be unreasonable.
