mcnabbmcnow
I won our league in fanball, last year. You can only keep 5 players, and only two at a specific position. If you keep a TE, you can only keep 1 at a specific position. You MUST keep 1 K or defense. Anyhow, here is my roster at the end of the season: QB: M. Hasselback, K. Collins RB: L. Tomlinson, D. Davis, C. Portis, T. Jones WR: C. Johnson, M. Muhammed, E. Moulds TE: J. Witten K: Mike Vanderjagt DEF: Lions, Redskins, Bengals Being that I would have to release one of my QB's and one of my RB's, I made the following deals. Keep in mind I would have had the last pick in the draft for the first two rounds, then first in the third, last in the fourth, first in the fifth, etc.. 1st trade: Traded Domanick Davis and Matt Hasselback for Mark Bulger, Marshall Faulk (who I will drop), and I got a 4th round pick in exchange for a 6th round pick. I also swapped picks in the 2nd round. The effect is, I now have a second round pick that is five spots higher, a slightly better QB, and 2 fourth round picks. 2nd trade: Traded Kerry Collins for Chad Pennington. I got a 4th round pick and gave the guy my 9th round pick. I will have to drop Pennington also. So here is how I ended up. KEEPERS: QB Mark Bulger, RB Ladaninan Tomlinson, Clinton Portis, WR Chad Johnson, K Mike Vanderjagt. Picks: 1st round #12 2nd round #19 (formerly was #24) 3rd round #25 4th round #43, 46, 48 5th round #49 6th round NO PICK Were these good moves by me since I was going to have to release a RB anyway and I was going to lose a QB? Puddy
This post will probably be McMoved to the proper forum... Oh and the trades seem to have worked out pretty well for you.

Zooty
Pretty good deals. The only thing I would have done was keep Dom over Portis.
mcnabbmcnow
Pretty good deals. The only thing I would have done was keep Dom over Portis. 912384[/snapback] I agree, but in order to get him to do the deal, I had to give him his choice. In most magazines I have seen, Portis and Domanick Davis have been rated back to back, in no particular order. I couldn't decide, so I gave him the choice. That being said, Domanick Davis is probably the slightly better choice.
