bearfanjosh
Hey everyone, Just came across this website and it seems really helpful for fantasy football. I'm from Chicago, long time Bear fan (although sometimes I don't know why!) Anyways, I am relatively new to fantasy football. I'm in the third year of this league, and I have to keep one player. It's either between Edge or Willis McGahee. I am leaning towards McGahee because he is younger, the focus point of the offense, and will get a ton of touches at the goal line. Just wanted to know other people's opinions. Thanks ,and I look forward to talking with you all. Josh Bear Down.
Clubfoothead
Tough call. Maning throws quite a bit in the red zone, whichdiminishes Edge's value a bit. McGahee wil have to deal with 8 or 9 in the box until Losman forces defenses to play honest. I like McGahee better as a RB but think Edge is probably safer unless Buffalo is willing to put Holcomb in if Losman struggles. If Buffalo plans on just letting Losman play and learn record be darned then I'd say Edge. Thing is I think Losman will be fine. He's got two pretty good WRs to help him out. If you want to be safe, go Edge. If you want to take a chance go McGahee. Good luck.
NavinRJohnson
It is a tough call, but I think you gotta go Edge. I don't know what would frustrate you more during the year, play action to Edge from the 1 yd line or Willis plowing into 8 man fronts the whole year. Since you had Edge last year, I'm impressed you're thinking of keeping him. How'd you do last year when Peyton threw 50? If you can stomach that another year, by all means keep him. I had Edge the past 2 years, and haven't won sqwat...I'm glad the divorce is final. That said, it would be tough for me to pick McGahee over Edge if I was faced with that decision.
