Visions128
Performance league. 12 Teams. 4 pts pass TD 6 pts rush/rec TD 1 pt every 25 yds passing 1 pt every 10 yds rush/rec I need to keep 4 of the following: McNabb K. Jones-no brainer J. Jones-no brainer Burleson Clayton (TB) I feel like McNabb is due for a letdown year with all the turmoil in Philly, but he was doing it long before TO was there. Manning and Culpepper will probably be the only other QBs kept. I hear Burleson is having a very strong camp while Clayton has been hampered by an injury. Could be a nice young squad for years to come. I have the 7th draft pick. Which 2 would you keep along with the Joneses? Thanks.
Scorcher
I would for sure keep Burleson, he had a great year at the end of the season last year and is the starter w/o Randy. Right now McNabb looks like he's headed for a 2003 season, but I don't know enough about Clayton to advise.
Nicker
Burleson. More upside than Clayton. Plus Clayton is a little gimpy right now. Something to think about.
NavinRJohnson
McNabb and Nate. Since Nate is the #1 WR in Minny, I'd favor him over Clayton. I guess you just have to swallow hard and keep McNabb.
Big Mac Bears
I'd keep everyone but McNabb. Clayton is good. The others are no question. Drop McNabb and try to pick up a Bulger or Green. I too think McNabb is heading for another 2003 season.
rhippens
i haven't heard the latest on clayton although the last i heard was that he was still having trouble getting back to 100 percent. but either way, i'd lose mcnabb and pick up a quarterback in the draft. 2 potential top 10 backs and 2 #1 receiver's on their respective teams that will probably both be in the top 20 by the end of the year. that's a good core to start with. Visions128
UPDATE............................... Now have a guy offering to swap second round picks for either Burleson or Clayton. I would get the 13th pick and give up the 20th pick. I told him I would consider it for Clayton, but might need more for Burleson. I really think Nate is in for a big year. Thanks for all the posts. Fenokee
To be able to give better advise for the Clayton/draft pick trade, it would help to know what players (you think) will be available to draft. As far as your keepers go, I'd drop McNabb.
