CaptainHook
Minnesota Vikings running back Mewelde Moore mildly sprained his left ankle in the second quarter of a preseason game against San Diego, but he said afterward he felt fine. Bennett and Moore are the injury twins.

Outshined
951089 Exactly..and if the season started tommorrow, Adimchinobe Echemandu would be the starter unless Tice plugged Moe Williams in. This guy has 8 carries for 25 yards in his pro career. The Vikes need to draft a RB next year.

Outshined
They drafted one this year (Fiason) and he sprained his knee 951382 He sprained his anke and he actually one tough kid. He took the boot after 4 days and told Tice he wanted to play in the San Diego game. Doctors told him he needed 2-3 weeks to recover. Thats good to see in a player, but of course you don't want to over do it and cause further injury. When I meant draft a RB, I was thinking a 1st round type of player. Jimmy Neutron
Moore is just fine, he'd play if it was important. He'll own the starting RB job soon enough.
mhayhurst
I like your thinking J. Neutron, just picked up M. Moore off of WW.

mhayhurst
It's the same ankle from last year that took like 5/6wks to heal. "It was just a pop...an adjustment"-Moore. Let's hope so.
WaterMan
You can run on a sprained ankle a week later if you wanted.

Big John
Where's Captain Whizzenator when you need him??? (Not quite sure how to spell the name of that fine product) 951635 Well, capn grunge recently switched a team name to "The Amazing Whizzinator", so in shorthand it could be that.
