Down The Middle
Not sure I buy into all the dowside talk about Tiki this year. I am sure he will not get as many carries because of the new guy (name?), but how could a coach not utilize him in the same manner when he produced so much last year. I expect a reduction, but not substantial. Any thoughts?
3rd and short
Tiki should be good for about 1200 rushing 400 rec and 7-8 TDs. They say they will use Brandon Jacobs (6'4" 265lb rookie) at the goal line. He will easily steal 5-6 TDs from Tiki. However, if you are in a league like mine that awards bonus points for length of TD Tiki is your man. I know he had some good runs and catches for TDs last year. Chump Men
Tiki was the number 2 running back last year in my league in fantasy points. I don't think he will accomplish the same numbers this year, but he is still in my opinion a top 10 running back. You can't discount production. iamthecosmos
I agree....the so called experts always seem to be down on Tiki. For my league, where you get bonus points for long TDs and a pt. per reception....he's benn a helluva player the last couple of years. I'd try to pick him up if it weren't for the fact that a guy in my leage has a chub over him and inevitably take him too early.
Todd1
for one reason or another, Tiki is an every other year player. I made a side bet that he has less than 7 combined TDs this year.
