KUBJPO01
This idiot obviously picked up a copy of the Fantasy Football Index an hour before the draft and hasn't watch Sports Center all summer.
Puddy
Had my fourteen team performance redraft on Thursday night. League of veterans with the core 10 teams or so being in the league since the early 90's. One of the veterans took Mike Anderson at 2.01 Ahead of Dom Davis (why was he still there anyway), Jordan, S. Jackson, R. Johnson and Kevin Jones (who fell to me at 2.14). Unbelievable. Maybe this league is weaker than I thought.

sunysteelfly76
Last weekend, Muhsin Muhammed in the third round. My buddy and I looked at eachother like this and had all we could do not to do this . Â His brother took Ricky Williams in the fourth. No one even tried to hold back the when someone shouted "Good pick, in seven rounds."
Pitbull739
Tatum Bell at #6 happened in my league as well. The other owners were trying to find the magazine that could have possibly projected that pick. Now we know.
Ursa Majoris
Marc Bulger went at 1.08 at a recent local draft. This league only gives 3 pts for a passing TD.
BrooklynCrew
In my work league, a newbie took P.Manning at 1.2... now maybe that's not 'awful' (it is just a 4pt pass TD league)... but here's the kicker - on the rebound, he took MCNABB next cuz he was the 'highest' point guy left... even though we start 1 qb. His 3rd round pick was Travis Henry (with Chris Brown still on the board). Needless to say, he's going to have problems.
AtomicCEO
In the FRTFL draft... someone took Keenan McCardell at 5.04... that raised some eyebrows.
Glabra
No idiotic picks of this magnitude in my league. But I was talking to this contractor in my office, who was very excited about the upcoming fantasy season. I was glad I had found a fellow FF enthusiast, before he let me in on how he planned to scoop up Matt Hasselbeck in the 1st rd because "he's going to have a big year." Glabra
Oh, and Clarett got drafted in the 10th round of one of my 16 round, 12-team leagues. Not much compared to some of the gems listed here, but still made me Edited September 3, 2005 by Glabra
loaf
I haven't seen too many off the chart horrible picks yet. But this one guy in a 10 team league...Took a running back with the 10th overall pick (can't remember who but it was decent). He then had the 2.1 pick and took McNabb. Again not a bad pick since Manning and C-Pep were gone (6 pts/td bonus for completions). So it comes back down to him at the end of the third and he takes...Michael Vick....we start 1 QB
Chavez
Not the worst, but complete redraft, standard perf scoring, I was sitting at pick 6 trying to figure out who the best RB was in the tier 2 muddle when the first 5 picks went down:  1. Manning 2. Culpepper 3. LT 4. S Alexander 5. J Lewis  In 100 years I would've never thought I'd be deciding between Priest and Edge at that spot.... Chavez
Grabbed Edge; Priest went behind me. I think somebody nabbed Moss, and McNabb went with the 11th pick (ten team league). Â 11 picks, 7 RBs. I thought I'd be stuck w/Rudi on my 1st pick but I got him coming back, nabbed Gonzo in the 3rd and Bulger in the 4th. I feel like I'm stealing money. Hope I don't spend the year cursing Manning. 965150[/snapback]    2000 total yds and 9 tds with virtually NO goalline carries; Manning falls back to the 30s in td passes, Edge's tds go up into the mid-teens. That's how I see it working out.
