stokers 4 Posted September 3, 2005 Let me know who you think between these three kickers or if you have a better suggestion, I'd like to hear them as well.
RoyalFlush 0 Posted September 3, 2005 I like the potentil of nugent from the jets
Randall 35 Posted September 3, 2005 I like Brown's range, but voted Lindell. Last 6 weeks of last year he was #3 kicker. Now they did lose Bledsoe, but I think they will kick even more with McGahee carrying more of the load. If you get extra pts for long kicks I may change that vote, but like him best of that list. I took him (Lindell)myself in HOT.
Grits and Shins 726 Posted September 3, 2005 Take the one that will score the most points
kingsleyjr 0 Posted September 4, 2005 Feely with NYG has been outstanding this preseason and they will probably stall alot of drives.

sac_intimidators 0 Posted September 4, 2005 Just as royalflush mentioned i too like the potential of Mike Nugent of the NY Jets. He was a great PK in college that rarely missed.
Wolverines Fan 263 Posted September 4, 2005 (edited) Is there a reason why you seem locked into those three? If you must take one of those three, I'd take Kaeding. How about Wilkins? Graham? Janikowski? Reed? Elam? Akers? Vinatieri? I would not trust a rookie like Nugent. Edited September 4, 2005 by Wolverines Fan
stokers 4 Posted September 4, 2005 Wolverines Fan, the reason that I put those three up in the poll is because they were the top three in fan points last season. The names you mentioned were drafted already. I didn't draft a kicker because I wanted to wait until right before the season started. Any more suggestions. Again, all the top kickers are gone already.

Strong defense + strong running game + mediocre passing game = many FG attempts.
stokers 4 Posted September 4, 2005 Bill Swerski, is that a vote for Brown?
The Weasel 0 Posted September 4, 2005 I haven't checked the schedules, but if you're thinking for the long haul, Brown or Kaeding kick in much better climates. Remember, Buffalo, December.... 'nuff said. I voted for Brown, btw.
