TOwho?
Thinking of proposing a trade and need advice on if i should. Since I have Larry Johnson my thought was to try and trade one of my top RB's and 2nd tier WR's for Priest Holmes. The other line of thinking is just sit tight and hope Priest gets injured this season. What do you guys propose I do? Should I just sit tight? And if I do propose a trade, who would you suggest? Here is my team: PERFORMANCE SCORING QB: D. Brees, D. Bledsoe RB: D. McCallister, R. Johnson, L.Johnson, F. Taylor, L. Toefield WR: S. Smith, R. Wayne, A. Lelie, A. Bryant, G. Lewis TE: D. Clark, A. Becth K: J. Carney, M. Nugent DL: B. Berry, P. Kerney LB: J. Farrior, L. Fletcher DB: R. Harrison, M. Lewis His Team: QB: K Boller, A Brooks, B Favre RB: R Brown, M Faulk, P Holmes, C Martin WR: D Driver, J Galloway, D Jackson, E Kennison, J McCareins TE: J Wiggins, B Williams K: J Elam, A Elling DL: J Abraham, A Ogunleye LB: C Claiborne, T Spikes DB: N Clements, T Polamalu Thanks!!! Phat1
I would personally stay put for now. Your RBs are fine and LJ will make a decent bye week filler. If Priest does go down, you'll have hit the jackpot.
TheBrain
Sit tight a win the FF lottery when Holmes goes down in wk.
XFlash
No need to trade for Holmes. You have some good RBs now and do not need to thin out your WR corps.
admtahoe
If I were the holmes owner, you wouldnt have a RB/WR combo I would take. Holmes is worth more than a RB and 2nd tier WR. L. Johnson could get hurt, so could Deuce and Manning. Just because someone was hurt in the past doesn't mean they'll be hurt again. Everyone in the league can be hurt on any given play. With that said, Pick your starters and handcuff them and go from there if possible. As for L. Johnson, sure he is great, but I would see the Holmes player would give you for him. I don't see him giving you Holmes. I would offer him Johnson for Favre and Brown and see if he bites. You could use Favre for sure. Good Luck

You have 2 quality RBs. Stand pat. Oh yeah, what makes you think he'll trade Priest for anything on your roster? (No offense). Maybe you can cash in on the Insurance factor and solidify your team. Hey try and get Boo Williams from him (j/k)
