tuffydawolf
Hello everyone the scoring is 3 pts ofr every 50yds rushing, receiving , and passing all td's are worth 6 pts. We start 1QB, 2RB, 1 flex (WR/RB), 1 TE, 1 Kicker, and 1 DEF.. He has offered Willie Parker and Larry Johnson for Carson Palmer and Lamont Jordan. My lineup Collins Palmer Harrington Tomlison Westbrook Jordan Foster M. Clayton (Bucs) D. Driver Mccardell C. Rogers J. Stevens Falcons His Line-up Mcnair Vick M. Anderson Mcgahee Parker Johnson Cadilac R. Moss A. Johnson C. Chambers T.G. R. Lindell Colts Do you guys think this is a fair trade. Thought maybe if I make the deal I could L. Johnson to the Priest owner for another wideout.
ropeman
You would need another back-up QB if you trade Palmer. Right now you have a nice choice between collins and palmer. Making the trade forces you to one QB who can be shaky and fumbles and a backup who is about to get thrown out of Detroit. You already have two consistent RBs and good receivers in Driver and Clayton. The gain of Parker is nice and ensures you won't even need the WR for Johnson. Whats the Priest owner got for a backup QB?
GoTs
You are giving up two bonifide starters for two RBBC players once Duce and the Bus get back. Don't do it! Jordan may not be great this year but he's going to be a consistent performer and not going to share the ball with anyone but Moss. You already have an nice RB2 complement between Westbrook and Jordan, and you have a nice weekly choice at QB. Have and watch the and relax. Def.
Hello everyone the scoring is 3 pts ofr every 50yds rushing, receiving , and passing all td's are worth 6 pts. He has offered Willie Parker and Larry Johnson for Carson Palmer and Lamont Jordan. 1002752[/snapback] With that scoring system, I'd keep Palmer. Much easier for a QB to get 50yds multiple times then a RB. As stated Johnson is backup/rbbc (kinda) and Parker may share with others. Stick with what you got. NavinRJohnson
Let him die a slow death with those QBs. Don't save him now. If you want, counter with something involving Moss.
tuffydawolf
Everyone he just countered with MCnair, Parker ..for Palmer, Foster. should I do it
NavinRJohnson
No. Don't talk to him until he includes Moss in the discussions. You don't need RBs! He needs a QB.
slickvick
Don't even think about this deal.Palmer may very well end up leading the leauge in TD's this season.Your team looks very solid to me and I don't see how this deal helps you at all. tuffydawolf
Yeah I hear you about the Moss thing I did counter offer....Palmer , Jordan, and Clayton..For Moss , Parker, and Mc Nair. But he will not part with Moss Who would you guys stat Collins or Palmer every week or should I just play the matchups. So far this season I've guessed wrong on who to start. i_am_the_swammi
Sit tight...with your current line-up, I'm not sure Parker is a starter for your team every week. The only thing the trade might do for you is give you some added depth so, if need be, you could use a couple RBs to gain yourself a top WR. Certainly, you could nab a Chad Johnson or Marvin Harrison for a couple of your RBs, should you make the deal.
