Ralph Furley
In my main league with my buddies, I'm 0-2, and going crazy. I left Caddy on the bench for the first two games, so that explains part of my problem. Here's my lineup for that league: QB P. Manning RB McGahee RB DD WR Horn WR S. Smith TE McMichael K Akers D Patriots Bench Caddy Bench D. Foster Bench C. Benson Bench P. Burress Bench Morency Bench Heap Whats your 0-2 team look like? ThatDude
I'm 0 - 2 with the team you see below. Each week I've played the highest scoring team. I was the 2nd highest scoring team both weeks. In other words, I would have beaten 8 other teams in my league each week. I hate bad luck
Skrappy1
I feel your pain Furley, I'm 0-2 in one of my leagues, it's a 12-team BOTH league (I'm 2-0 and 1-1 in my 2 other leagues). My team is: QB: Michael Vick, Brian Griese, Joey Harrington WR: Andre Johnson, Donald Driver, Larry Fitzgerald, Jerry Porter, Eric Parker, Samie Parker, David Patten RB: Deuce McAllister, Ahman Green, Stephen Davis, Travis Henry, Najeh Davenport, Vernand Morency TE: Jason Witten K: Mike Nugent D/ST: Redskins, Seahawks My QBs are a whole lot of average->nothings, but Vick and Griese have been serviceable in our scoring system. Believe it or not, this hasn't been my achilles heal at all. My WRs have been pretty decent with the glaring exception of my "#1" Andre Johnson. He's been non-existent and is 1/2 of the glaring reasons why I am 0-2. My RBs have been solid (it's a PPR league). I benched Davis and his 3 TDs last week against the Pats and that cost me a win. My TE is the other 1/2 of my glaring problem. I spent an almost embarssingly high draft pick on him (4th round ) and it's cost me big to see him do nothing the first 2 weeks. Nugent hasn't done much but I'm going to give him another week and D/ST also aren't usually too much of a factor in our scoring system. Todd1
0-2 in my two 'big' money leagues. Rosters are below! (and yes, I have to have 2 defenses and such, I'm not that stupid.)
wiegie
In the BOTH Corleone Family, I have this 0-2 team (with normal starters in bold (I just grabbed Heiden off the waiver wire earlier tonight)): QB Bulger, Marc STL 9 QB Pennington, Chad NYJ 8 RB Alexander, Shaun SEA 8 RB Dillon, Corey NEP 7 RB Faulk, Marshall STL 9 RB Moats, Ryan PHI 6 RB Jacobs, Brandon NYG 5 WR Caldwell, Reche SDC 10 WR Calico, Tyrone TEN 10 WR Lelie, Ashley DEN 9 WR Mason, Derrick BAL 3 TE Heiden, Steve CLE 4 TE Cooley, Chris WAS 3 K Vinatieri, Adam NEP 7 DF Baltimore DEF BAL 3 DF New England DEF NEP
Itsnottatooma
Plummer, Bledsoe, Edge, Rudi, T.Jones, W.Parker, Boldin, D Jax, Branch, Witten, Josh Brown, Pitt D I'd be 1-1 if I had benched Edge for Parker in week 1. Last week I went against the top scoring team and couldn't have won regardless of who I played. Tried shopping my RB's around and not getting any interest. Gopher
QB Manning, Griese RB K. Jones, Arrington, C. Brown, R. Williams, C. Benson, W. Green WR Driver, Houshmenzadeh, Wayne, B. Edwards K Stover DEF New England I was hoping that the Wayne/Manning combo might carry me the first few weeks until one of the rookie RB's or Williams became a solid option. Wasn't counting on Manning/Wayne AND my #1 back Jones giving me virtually nothing. Still not out of it, though. I am thinking of making 3-4 roster moves this week, including dropping Stover and Green and picking up Dayne, Shipp, or Blaylock and a kicker. My starting RB situation this week is brutal with Jones on a bye and Arrington and Brown seeing limited to no playing time.
Seahawks21
We start 3 RBs, its my keeper, this is the first year I really kind of had expectations for success since I was expanded 4 years ago. Instead, back to an all too familiar 0-2. Starting lineup P. Manning Edge Lamont J. B. Westbrook D. Bennett A. Lelie/C.Chambers LJ Smith Vanderjagt In what is supposed to be a RB dominated league, my RBs have been fantastic. My receivers have been absolutely non-existent and Peyton cost me my last game, even though I was 2nd high scorer on the week.
Wolverines Fan
I'm in six leagues, and two of my teams are 0-2. My other teams are 2-0, 1-1, 1-1 and 1-1. Team 1 - Both times I've lost to a team that scored the highest points that week. On paper, I think this is a good team. I think when Wayne and Lelie start producing, I can turn things around. QB Favre QB Griese RB Priest RB LJ RB SJax RB M. Anderson RB B. Jacobs RB Dayne WR Wayne WR Lelie WR Galloway WR Engram TE Baker K Graham DST Falcons DST Chiefs Team 2 - This one is not so good. There may not be too much upside. ImRockn24_7
Well guys I am 2-0 and have crushed my opponets so far. I started out very well last year but because of injuries & bone-headed trades I did not make the playoffs. What I am trying to say is hang in there and don't panic. Things can turn around in a very short time. The guy who one our super bowl made trade, then had a huge run at the end. Hang in there.
