hawaii50
Reason would tell me that I should pick up Fuergeson (starter for rest of season) for my IR replacement (Curry), but my gut is that Curtis could be the sleeper of the season depending on how long Bruce is out and whether he can overtake an injured Bruce or get enough playing time through the season. My WRs are Burelson (inj), Harrison (underperforming), Roy Williams, Boldin, Calico, LLoyd and Reg Williams. We play 4 Wr with reception points. Our supplemental draft is in 2 weeks with a suppemental bid cap. For IR we can pick up a player in the same position for $20 fee and without impacting our sup $cap. Would you get one of the 2 players before our supplemental bid, if so who would you pick up or would you wait for another rising WR to get hot later in the season knowing that you can probably get him with our IR clause (assuming another owner doesn't have a WR IR as well)? NEPats
I would definitely go with Curtis this week. Ferguson will be largely ineffective the entire season. IMO
