Donutrun Jellies
Bonds Not Trying To Clear His Name I've heard speculation that Barry Bonds would sue over the recent book and clear his name. Yep, he is suing ... but not to clear his name, no denial of having done steroids -- simply saying the transcripts they used as one of the pieces of research in the book were originally illegally leaked so the book writers shouldn't have been able to use them. Bonds simply doesn't want someone else profiting from his bad name -- and his attorneys are not shy in saying so! Not even a hint of a denial of ANYTHING in the book? THAT'S pretty telling. Chargerz
I expected Bonds to sue but admittedly not for this reason.
Guest Cherni
THAT'S pretty telling. 1385891[/snapback] You know what else is pretty telling? The 35 lbs of muscle the guy has gained since turning 40. I just picked up the book today, I'm psyched. I read Canseco's but this one seems like it's going to be a better read. Randall
We don't deny its validity just that money was made. If MLB doesn't step up and do something about these records I will lose what little respect i have left. As a kid Hank Aaron, Joe Adcock and Eddie Matthews were my heros(The Braves).
