Puddy
Pistons fight like hell for the best record in the league to avoid a repeat of last years finals when they had to play game 7 on San Antonio's floor. What does it get them - nothing. Dispatched easily by the Heat and probably shouldn't have made it past the second round. Red Wings accomplish the same regular season feat as the Pistons. And lose pretty easily to the 8th seed in the first round of the playoffs. We have been pretty blessed with those two teams for several years around here but what a completely sour ending to their seasons. Honestly, the expectation was a championship from both and neither came close. I guess having the best record during the regular season doesn't mean that much after all. What's that? Did I hear something? Oh the Tigers have the best record in the regular season right now too :doah:

Chargerz
I'll give you sympathy, Puddy! I was thinking about how disappointed you were going to be when I was watching the end of the game last night. I see some big-time changes in the Piston's roster during the off-season! Try putting up the best record, or setting single season records, and then not even making it to the conference championship. That sucks worse.
