Annual Review

This is actually a tid bit from my annual review at work...."Action Items" for business and personal/professional goals are specific and my team and business unit have a tendency to over do things and go above and beyond every other unit in our company. My supervisor actually added Action Item 3.

 

Personal Professional Goal: Improve internal commuincation skills, team building, mentoring and leadership skills

 

Actioln Item(s) to achieve Goal:

1) Join team at a Rockies baseball game in Denver before transferring to WA office.

2) Organize an "Adopt A Highway" Event before transferring to WA office.

3) Continue to commish or at least co-commish yearly company fantasy football league.
