How do you like your Steak

Uh, really rare with a quick sear or Pittsburgh style rare.

 

Ahhhh......the Black and Blue. Very hot flame.....char it on the outside....raw on the inside.....lol.

 

I used to eat them this way. But mostly now just the rare side of medium rare. With McCormick's Montreal Steak Seasoning.....darnit that stuff makes my mouth water!

Before I put a steak on the grill I brush on olive oil on both sides. Then Black pepper. Then adobo..Try it. Its delicious.

Well...even with the seasoning...I add more cracked pepper.....lol. And a dash of Worchestershire at the end.

I used to order my steak medium well until my early 20's. After sending steaks back that were rare so many times, I got tired of doing that, and now I just order them rare.
