Ursa Majoris
Um, I have a question. Why is the (relatively) low-smoking United States predicted to increase cancer cases by 15% and more while Japan and China, where everyone and their dog smokes, are only predicted to increase 7.5 to 12.4%? This is supposed to be an anti-smoking article. The data lead me to believe it's safer to go to Japan and smoke like a chimney.

You've been lied to by the big health insurance companies in order to collect bigger insurance premiums and blame someone. Smoking actually makes you live longer and happier. Ask the Indians...they knew 300 years ago.
