Give the unsung heros to all these "STUD" RB's their kudos.... The blocking fullback...... Green Bay's William Henderson has played in 174 out of 176 games in the last 11 years !!!!!!......Now I fully understand that they don't get the carries or touches that their counterparts get, but they take a brutal beating. Mack Strong has played in 178 out of 180 games since 1995.....These bulldozers just deserve to be mentioned. :D

5 years would be a total of 80 possible games.

SA 80/80 - 75 games started

LT2 79/80 - 79 games started

Tiki 78/80 - 70 games started

CMart 76/80 - 76 games started

Last year was the first time CMart has missed a game since 1998, I would say he was the epitamy of a durable back. Although now his run appears to be over. SA though sure seems to be the next ironman of RB's.

Cutis Martin is severely overlooked and underrated, especially when names like Portis are being tossed about.

1 game missed in 8 years. 'Nuff said.

for almost a handful of weeks at that point..

If the game would have meant anything, he could have played. They lost the next week to the Jets in the playoffs. Your team makes the playoffs after a long layoff, you want to make sure nothing prevents your best player from playing...

He nursed some broken ribs in 2005(last year), but still managed to play every week.

Do people really find this to be funny? :D

Yes, I do Buttwad. If I had said Mike Utley that would have been one thing, but Dennis Byrd made a full recovery from his injury and is doing just fine. Better than fine in fact. So: :D
