cre8tiff
My dog Ray has two habits that make him the best dog in the world. 1) He habitually picks up every stick the falls in our large wooded lot and piles them all up in one spot... out of sight in the back yard. No training required, he just does it. 2) This year Ray has picked up mole hunting. Extremely efficient mole hunting. He freezes over a mole run, listening and waiting, then dives into the ground like a polar bear after a seal. He usually comes up with a mole and only leaves about a 3 inch hole. No un-necessary digging at all. And he only does it when the moles are at the edge of the flower beds. He has killed over 15 moles so far this year. So Ray is the best dog in the world. Did everyone miss this. The polar bear analogy was hilarious.

cre8tiff
Did everyone miss this. The polar bear analogy was hilarious. It doesn't help that he is a totally white dog.
The D
My dog goes under the car and flushes out weasels who eat my rubber hoses. No seal diving but he's ok in my book.
Jimmy Neutron
I happened across a black lab once that would do this also. Pretty cool.
Retrograde assault
My mutt can open any plastic pop bottle in less than a minute, every time. We just make sure they're empty first.

I used to have a dog like that. She would go bananas over moles. She'd dig and get half her body in the hole. She'd do anything for a can of tuna too. And I do mean anything. You could lead her over a cliff with tuna. Edited July 14, 2006 by Randall
Hugh 0ne
If one of my dogs dug a hole in my backyard I'd f'ing kill them. My dogs poop a lot.
BiggieFries
My dog loved to eat dry wall. Especially after I just finished fixing one of his other holes. I guess he likes the taste of paint and plaster.
