YoungBob
I've been keeping an eye open for the latest edition of The Huddle's Fantasy Football Handbook and have not found anything available at Borders, Amazon, etc. Does anyone know if it will be available here...through The Huddle web site? rrobb
Amazon has it. It says it's by Brady Games, but so did the 2005 one. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/074400824...3337761?ie=UTF8 RR
YoungBob
Amazon has it. It says it's by Brady Games, but so did the 2005 one. Thanks, rrobb...I had seen Amazon listing but accroding to them it has not been released yet. If I'm not mistaken, DMD said he thought it would be out sometime this week. I was just wondering if it would be available through The Huddle more quickly than Amazon or Borders would have it?

The book is for times when I'm not around my computer or to give me some quality reading material while on vacation. I've just been subscribing for years and haven't got the book before. It has been a real long time since I needed one. What kind of reading material does it have? (you know there are good articles in Playboy also )
WJW
Order it...despite the fact that it says that it's a preorder...i've already received it from them. RR According to our publishers the FFH started shipping to retailers just yesterday. You're saying that you've already received a copy of the 2006 FFH from amazon? I placed my order today, and Amazon said: "Delivery estimate: September 20, 2006 - September 22, 2006 * 1 of: Fantasy Football Handbook 2006" Lot of good that'll do! I guess I'll start looking around, but last year I had a hard time finding it!

WW and DMD: I know you guys are new to this whole fantasy football thing, but that delivery date will not work since the season is well underway and everyone has already had their respective drafts. perhaps you may want to visit with the publishers about this... I guess I'll start looking around, but last year I had a hard time finding it! FYI, I recently purchased a bunch of CDs off Amazon and, after about 2 weeks of intent waiting, checked the status of the order on-line. The site said I'd have to wait like 2 months for the CDs, which irked me. So I emailed Amazon with tactful fury over the ridiculous delivery date and - whadda ya know - they shipped the CDs out that same day. Amazon never really did explain things to my satisfaction, but it went something like this: (1) computer glich occured in estimated the delivery date; and (2) shipping and handling clowns don't ship until the computer says its time (even if the stuff is in stock). I would advise you to email Amazon, complain about the estimated delivery time, and see if that jars something loose. Squeeky wheel, etc.

Nod!!! I've co-written several books on AutoCad & edited a book on Welding symbols, and the printer/publisher's nuts are the place to squeeze!
