cliaz
D.C. is under a state of crime emergency. Each year it's always something. I think last year was 14 year olds car jacking people and crash all overt he district. This year it's murders and tourist getting mugged. We've had 14 murders in the past 11 days and tourist are getting mugged left and right. WELCOME TO DC - our NATIONS CAPITAL!!!!!

Swampnuts
I was just in DC doing the tourist thing. I've never seen a group of people as a whole be that anti-social. These people looked like they'd rather puke on themselves rather than answer a question or even make eye contact. I saw some pretty unsavory looking people around the Metro stations, but none that gave me any trouble. I rode the subway around for a couple of days, checked out the sights and went to a game at RFK. What a total dump that place is. The concessions had shatty food and the prices were insane. I felt better the next night though, because I went to Philly and really enjoyed a game at Citizens Bank Park. It was a gorgeous park, with a great view of the Philly skyline and the food / bev was really good and cheap as well.

Should have gone up to Camden Yards. That place is beautiful, clean, decent prices.
Puddy
I think you probably will need to explain to Puddy what a car jack is. At first I thought you were questioning my thug life, then I realized the space between the words
AtomicCEO
I had some freakazoid insane guy harrass me on a subway for some perceived slight (I think my foot was slightly into the ailse, and he thought I was trying to trip him). He went on and on, and then mumbled to himself for the rest of the ride. Then I walked from my hotel room to a liquor store for a sixer, and the person in front of me was a 12 year old kid by himself buying a 40. No questions asked. DC is a classy place.
