wildcat2334
Awesome! I Went out in southern Costa Rica, just north of Panama- I am not a fisherman at all- but My old man hooked a 90 lb tuna, fun to watch- was an incredible time down there. Ate some incredible snapper, tuna all week long.

Is this an investment? A place to recreate? Why would you buy real estate in PC, instead of somewhere on the beach or in the jungle? Just curious

Just curious its right on the shore....hotel/casino. it has a private island that you get shuttled to from a boat. its a little of both...investment and a place to go. the details arent totally set yet, but you basically buy the rights to use a unit for a certain amount of weeks. but you also get a check at the end of the year if the hotel has profits. kinda like a timeshare with a kickback.
