Dirty Weasel
12-team PPR league, everyone kept 9, so our draft starts in the 10th round. I have the 7th pick in all rounds (we'll draft 11 rounds for a total of 20 roster spots). Our league starts 1QB, 2RB, 3WR, 1TE, 1K, and 1D (you have the option to start 1RB/4WR). My keepers are: QB - Marc Bulger RB's - Brian Westbrook, Deuce McAllister, DeShaun Foster, and Curtis Martin WR's - Chad Johnson, Reggie Wayne, and Rod Smith TE - Antonio Gates Here are the top 10 best available at each position (I'll put them in order, as per Antsports ADP): QB - Aaron Brooks, Byron Leftwich, David Carr, John Kitna, Chris Simms, Mark Brunell, Brad Johnson, Chad Pennington, Charlie Frye, Matt Leinart RB - Ahman Green, Ron Dayne, Frank Gore, DeAngelo Williams, Marion Barber, LenDale White, Samkon Gado, Kevan Barlow, Chris Perry, Greg Jones WR - Michael Clayton, Reggie Brown, Drew Bennett, Koren Robinson, Jerry Porter, Donte Stallworth, Terry Glenn, Kevin Curtis, Antonio Bryant, Keyshawn Johnson TE - LJ Smith, Kellen Winslow, Vernon Davis, Dallas Clatk, Ben Troupe, Alex Smith, Zach Hilton, Jeb Putzier, Jermaine Wiggins, Marcedes Lewis K - Neil Rackers, Shayne Graham, Jason Elam, Josh Brown, David Akers, John Kasay, Matt Stover, Olindo Mare, Jeff Wilkins, Ryan Longwell D - Bears, Panthers, Steelers, Colts, Redskins, Cowboys, Falcons, Chiefs, Jaguars, Bills My thought is to take DeAngelo Williams. With the uncertainity of my RB corps, he would be a great cuff for DeShaun Foster. Yes, that would give me 5 RB's already, but I think I should still do it. Any thoughts? DocNiner52
I'd strongly consider D.Williams given your current rb roster. If he goes then I'd consider L.White next. There's still plenty of decent QB's to get one later. So, I'd take Williams with your first pick or White if DeAngelo's gone and take a receiver with the second pick. You've got the best TE in the league and it looks like there's plenty of viable TE's available to pick up later.
Footballjoe
Your current Rb's are just waiting to go on the IR. It would be a great idea to get DeAngelo. You look good at WR so you could get one in the second or third round or if you want to get a backup QB.
SpinalTapp
RB is definitely your greatest need area. I like the idea of D.Williams and I would also grab Shelton later in the draft cause you just never know who will end up carrying the load. As an alternative, if A.Green or F.Gore become the clear #1 on their teams, you may reach for one of them as an alternative if you get cold feet about Williams. Endzone
Why isn't J.Addai listed...I would take him over anyone else
cdj7k
with your league being a 9 player keeper league and you picking 7th. i will bet most if not all of those rookie running backs will be gone.
