devilwoman
Anyone have an outdoor wood fireplace on their deck? Not a fire pit, but a mason or firebox incert with framing. Just trying to find a design to use or how to go about building one or if there are prefab ones out there....but the shipping to Alaska for one of these is going to cost at least one arm. Deacon Bill
Not sure if this is what you're looking for, but it may point you in the right direction. I think they're outta' Minnesota.
darin3
Not sure what the restrictions are - if any - in Alaska, but you may wish to check with your local jurisdiction's building department to see if they have any design restrictions (proximity to house / accessory structures) with respect to outdoor fireplaces. Boy, I wish I had a nice fireplace right now. It's only 91 degrees (5pm) and no a/c in homes close to the ocean.
