It's not the end for internet poker, but is showing that the US government is getting serious about it, especially on-line sports wagering. i think those guys were always in danger of getting arrested....a friend of mine knew one of the guys that started wsex and he hasnt been able to come into the country(he is a us citizen) for fear of arrest. this was 5 years ago too.
