cliaz
What is your normal breakfast during the work week? For the last couple of months mine has been a small bowl of mixed fruit and twice a week I add a bagel to that. I have a guy I work with that eats McDonalds big breakfast every single morning. He never puts on weight either, i hate people like that. If I smell McDonalds I gain 33 lbs.

KevinL
A protein bar. I was working out for about 8 months and hadn't lost any weight. I was skipping breakfast completely. Spoke with a family member / cross country coach and he suggested having some protein in the morning "to start my metabolsim back up." In the past month I've lost about 6-8 lbs. BiggieFries
Since I'm currently on a diet (gained about 8-10 lbs on my honeymoon), I have to count points again on weight watchers. So, it's 1 bowl of oatmeal & 3 egg whites w/ salsa. Usually, it's just 2 eggs w/ a couple of strips of bacon.
