What is your normal breakfast during the work week?

For the last couple of months mine has been a small bowl of mixed fruit and twice a week I add a bagel to that.

I have a guy I work with that eats McDonalds big breakfast every single morning. He never puts on weight either, i hate people like that. If I smell McDonalds I gain 33 lbs.

A protein bar.

I was working out for about 8 months and hadn't lost any weight. I was skipping breakfast completely. Spoke with a family member / cross country coach and he suggested having some protein in the morning "to start my metabolsim back up." In the past month I've lost about 6-8 lbs.

Since I'm currently on a diet (gained about 8-10 lbs on my honeymoon), I have to count points again on weight watchers. So, it's 1 bowl of oatmeal & 3 egg whites w/ salsa.

Usually, it's just 2 eggs w/ a couple of strips of bacon.

yep...if youre trying to lose weight, its bad to stop eating. doing that slows your metabolism down. plus they say breakfast is the most important meal of the day. i should really listen to them. :D

For me its either a bowl of Count Chocula or a Sausage McMuffin with Egg meal at McD's. And several Diet Cokes.

This is right up my alley, except the Diet Coke part but regular coke for sure.
