A tree clipped the back end of my SUV last night. There are trees down everywhere and no power.

Sucks but could be a hell of a lot worse.

Storm

Edit: My office has power...it's .25 miles from my house which doesn't. :D

There were 30 injured at the baseball game last night but, astoundingly, they started and finished it. Teams just don't want any rainouts now.

Yeah I couldn't believe that. I was watching the news on a battery powered TV and they announced that the game would continue. Unbelievable. (and that's not a proud unbelievable :D )

How bad did the SUV get it?

It blew out the top back window and put a nice dent in the roof towards the back. I've got 250 in comprehensive so I'm set on that. It's the hugh tree blocking the driveway and my car that has me a little concerned. The tree service company is coming out today to give me an estimate.

Still drivable then...

Probably cheaper to go buy a chainsaw and cut that tree yourself.

:D Yeah, I'm not very savvy with powertools so I'm thinking I may opt out for a professional.

How 'savvy' do you have to be with a chain saw? :D

I'm guessing with your limp ass toothpick arms you can't handle even a little chain saw. I'd say 'man up dude' ... but I know better.

:D
