Improvements in plumbing have greatly reduced the incidence of bites and fatalities in areas where outdoor privies have been replaced by flush toilets. "Nearly half the black widow bites reported in the medical literature of the first 4 decades of [the twentieth] century were inflicted on the male genitalia by spiders lurking underneath the seats of outdoor toilets." :D

Spiders and Snakes.... no big deal. Now Rats is a different matter. I see a rat and I'm gone. Them MF'ers are bold. they will walk right up to you and start noshing.

And City rats have no fear.

We have a lot of rats where I live. You see them on corners of intersections all the time begging for money, not putting forth any effort to make a difference towards humanity. They just take. Stupid rats. :D

There it is again. Dolphins are not fish. Bats are not birds. Spiders are not insects. The scientist in me does not allow this fraud :D

*ahem* I have a question then, mr. scientist, what species exactly are Camel Spiders?

How about Aliens? Yes, classifying them as aliens seem about right for me. Definitely not "bug" or "insect" though. That makes them appear weak in characteristics.

Here, for your viewing pleasure, I give you Camel Spider video #2.

Maybe classifying them as beasts or preditors could be correct too.

I will swim in a vat full of spiders before I will get within a mile of a water moccasin or other aggressive snake. Spiders I have no quarrel with and they eat other insects. I never kill a spider and a black widow crawling on my nut sack wouldnt even make me flinch. However, Snakes are vermin who should be eradicated from the planet forthwith.

Speaking of nutsacks and snakes...ever seen the move 'Venom'? Nice little scene there with Oliver Reed's nutsack and a Black Mamba...
